Ok let me restate in simpler terms:
There are at least two crafted epics and tons of crafted or boe level 78+ blues for every class. Why do you expect to zone into a heroic 5 man with all crappy quest items when you could easily do a days worth of dailies make some coin to upgrade your gear? I call that laziness and think it's rude that I have to gear you up from scratch instead of you doing what everyone else had to do pre lfd system. Call me elitist if you want but it's better than having a misplaced sense of entitlement that you can just ding 80 and start collecting emblem level 232+ loot without having to buy a single boe off the ah or ever run a regular instance.
LOL when I first hit 80 (and even 70 for that matter) every group I participated in was made up of people in pretty much all quest blues/greens, including the tanks. Guess what? We still completed both normal and heroic instances just fine. Some may have taken a little longer than others, but we still got through them using a little thing called "teamwork."
I will admit that the ICC 5-mans and probably even the TOC 5-mans are a little much for a brand new 80 in quest items to handle, but most of the original WotLK heroics are not that hard, no matter what type of gear the party members are rocking as long as folks know how to work together and "get out of the fire" or whatever AOE damage the instances may be throwing at you.
I love it when people forget where they came from. Everyone was the new max-level toon at some point that needed help to get better gear. Not everyone is looking to be carried, but you have to start somewhere.

some people dont have time to get the gold required to buy boe pieces...and i personally think your being a @#$%^&*..a lot of new 80s are not lazy they just do not know how to get high dps due to bad rotation , bad specs , bad glyphs not everyone is born with the knowledge of 3k dps on their toon ..remember you were once a new 80..just because you have gear now doesn't mean you have and superiority over anyone in this game...being patient and trying to help these new 80s get the "epic lootz" and emblems and not caring about peoples GS will show that you are not an elitist as you say and it should make this game more relaxed for you since you wont be having a ^&*! fit when someones not geared

My guess is that over 50% of random fails.
Your guess is wrong.
I've queued 200+ times by now and failed once.
My best friend has queued about the same amount and failed twice as far as I know.
None of my guildies have over a 10% fail rate.

TBH me and my friends welcome undergeared people into our LFD pugs and offer help to them about spec, gear and rotations. We were all poorly geared at one point, or have you forgotten that.

That is 0.005 or five thousandth % failure rate.
You must be God like, lol
At least u can post something more down to earth, plz.
It's roughly the same for me on all of my toons in heroics, At lower levels there is a higher chance of a failure but for 50% i'd say its more 5%

What's not down to earth about that? I must have run about the same amount of heroics myself. I can't actually remember any of them failing at any point. Not saying they've all been perfect runs or that I've never met anyone I didn't /ignore, but I certainly don't remember not downing the final boss and getting my extra badges.

Sadly yes, some people
have
forgotten that. I'm the same as you though. Gimme a tank with under 30k hp, or a healer who needs the occasional mana break,
please
.
Blizzard's patch 3.3 LFD has became the game changer. LFD is Pugging everyone with different playing styles, gear scores together in random dungeons. The result is like a shotgun marriage, not working very well. If you cleared random heroic dungeons with total strangers, you are lucky.
I honestly don't understand the logic here. Or anywhere in anything you've said, if I'm honest. I know you're new, Mr 58 Posts, but lemme tell you something; LFD didn't
invent
pugging. I know, right? :O
The only things LFD has changed about pugging, is that you no longer have to spam trade/general to find a tank for three hours, and you won't get people in lvl 74 questing greens trying to blag their way into your heroic (yes, I had that happen a lot before I stopped pugging altogether pre-3.3).
LFD physically will not allow people who are
actually undergeared and incapable of performing to the minimum requirements of the dungeon
to queue for those runs.
Player knowledge/skill is another matter entirely, of course, but gearwise...you're going to have to accept that if they're in the heroic they're geared for it.

tell you right now ive done hundreds of dungeons since lfd came out, never once have i died in a group with blues and greens...the times i died were with the elitist jerks in epics thinking they can gather 40 guys in a dungeon then die and blame everyone else but themselves. reminds me of those people in bgs that yell at everyone whose not lvl 69 but instead like 65 in AV a yr ago.
skill+teamwork > gear

A purple suit does not make up for being an idiot and not knowing your rotation or priority list. I've personally tanked heroic AN in all blues with 21k HP -- and even better, I'd never done the instance before on heroic
at all
. Conversely, a couple of the most retarded players I've ever seen were decked out in epics. Knowing your class plus five minutes of reading Tankspot are worth thousands of so-called gear points.
The truth remains that people want faceroll heroics for free Frost badges. Any tank with less than 40k HP is "undergeared", because then the dungeon might require actual effort. Some of us (like me) are still here for the game, but a large part of the WoW populace seem to just want
the game to play itself
.
