Mind Control is recastable and probably wont have a ridiculous cooldown.

Well, knowing how Blizzard treats Engineers it'll have a 1 hour cooldown, 2 second duration, and 20% chance to instantly kill you.

My guess is its going to act EXACTLY like the old version... Thus making it useless for Naxx.

Lol but seriously, here's what mmo-champion has to say:

Mind Amplification Dish - Dismantle and reassembles a helm with a mind amplification dish, allowing you to attempt to engage in mental battle with your enemies and, hopefully, control them. Can be used every 10 min. Changes the appearance of your helm and binds it to you. Only grand master engineers can activate the mind amplification dish.

So unless you got a !@#$ ton of Engineers (10 min CD), yes you will still need Priests.

Sad to say, but, QFT >.<
Oh, and a 50% chance to send you flying out of the instance, on fire, with a DoT that more than likely will kill you. So 70% chance of death.

And if it doesn't kill you, you will be teleported to Gadgetzan. Oh and of course a slight chance (say, 5% or something) that instead YOU will be MC'd by the mob.
