Draenei for 900 mana regen spell every 5 minutes and 1% spell hit to you and everyone in your party. And a free HoT every 3 minutes.
Not to mention Chastise for emergencies. Saved my life a few times. ^^
Do chastise still interrupts casting? Because its a snaring effect now :(

Night elf IMO. The run away, shadow meld/drink trick is always a good thing. That has saved many arenas with that very useful racial. You get to keep them in the dark for a bit not knowing where the healer is or if there is a healer, this helps since a priest is usually the main event as far as the dps are concerned, and if they are melee, you can use elune's grace to get a bit less pushback on those critical heals after pain supression is up and you can't bubble.
If you are shadow as NE, you also get the really cool free DoT that actually does good damage. The more you can throw on a toon, the better, so having an extra trash DoT is always a bonus. Also, if you are in a nuke group with a rogue, you can use good strats for ambushes with shadow meld.
This is for a nuke group tho. For longevity I would say draenei as well. The mana regen racial is very cool! I prefer the NE because of my play style. It's really up to how you plan to play.
