No you can't.
However your hearthstone is on a different cooldown, so if you have a hearthing addiction and Astral Recall happens to be on cooldown, you can still pop your hearthstone. :)
Or you can completely remove your hearthstone from your bag to save space.

Actually in vanilla when you learned recall the defualt for it used to be xroads until you redid your hearth at another inn.
Not sure if it's still like this though.
This is NOT how it works now. When you train it, it is set to your hearth location, it IS a 2nd hearth on a smaller CD. There is no reason to not glyph it. 7.5 min cd on recall is 8 hearths an hour +2 from hearth alone, if you get the Kirin'tor rings they are another 2 per hour.
It is a little insane to need even the 8 hearth per hour, but it is nice to have that option if you ever do need it.
