I'd go with this, less points in prot, more in ret for better threat gain.A couple of prot talents you picked up are bad, like reckoning.

First off is is my spec.
5/58/8 This is the spec that I use for raiding. It has 3 points in
Divine Sacrifice Its a balence spec that works for MT/ as well as OT. The 5 points in
Seals of the Pure make it favor OT a bit more, but that still produces high threat for MTing bosses. Works wonders on hodir.
Couble of mistakes that you make with your build that you need to chance and I don't think anyone will disagree.
1.)Drop your points in
Benediction your a prot paladin. Mana, is not an issue.
2.) Drop 1 point in
Spiritual Attunement Mana will not be an issue for you in anything higher than 10 man naxx at this point. You might have some trouble in 5 man's because honestly as a raid Prot Paladin your not going to take much damage in them. But for raiding, you will be fine with 1 point. Just remember to keep your
Divine Plea up.
3.) That point that you saved in #2 put it into
Guarded by the Light The extra 3% spell damage reduction is really needed, and the 100% chance will make sure you Divine Plea stays up, especially when you are switching mobs and have 1sec left on the timer.
4.) Drop all 5 points in
Reckoning. Trust me. While the extra weapon swing sounds nice, its not going to help you tank. Its aggro addition is minimal, and the 5 points is much better added into some other damaging ability. I would take those 5 points and put them into
Seals of the Pure5.)
Judgements of the Just Will slow your boss attacks by 20%. This is EPIC. you need to make sure you have 2 points in this. You want those bosses hitting you 20% slower. Better to be hit four times for 15K hits than five.
6.) When making your new spec I would advise staying away from 2 points in
Improved Judgements 1 point is GREAT for making your rotation better. 2 points or no points will mess things up a bit.
Ok mate. I hope that stuff helps for your spec. Feel free to post up here for any other questions.
Cheers.

Edited for some spelling

:(>_< Sorryp.s.
Glyphing for Prot
Major 3 of 4 gyphs here.
1.)
Glyph of Divine Plea2.)
Glyph of Seal of Vengeance3.)
Glyph of Righteous Defense4.)
Glyph of Hammer of the RighteousHonestly if we had 4 glyph slots I would be the happiest tank in the world. All of these are sooo good. But anywways long story short. If you are going to me mostly a MT. Then go for 1,2, and 3. If you are going to me mostly an off tank then for for 2,3, and 4.
Minor 3 of 3 (honestly the others have no real raid or group use)
1.)
Glyph of Lay on Hands2.)
Glyph of Sense Undead3.)
Glyph of the Wise5 minutes less for lay on hands might mean that you'll be able to use lay on hands twice in a fight...really there arn't many fights that last so long. but more importantly its there to help you reset for more attempts. If you are doing a 7 minute fight, and you use it, for the 2nd or 3rd attempt on that fight it will be ready again to help you out.
1% damage on undead...say no more.
The worse thing that can happen is that if for any reason you are running low on mana and you need to recharge quick is not even having enought mana to cast SoW. While this glyph is not too too important. its better than any of the other glyphs which to me just read "helps you be less lazy"
Hope that helps.
Cheers,
