Welcome to our Bag Scanner, where Wowhead Premium Users can run an in-game addon and export the items from bags and banks into lists on Wowhead!
With that data, you can:
View all the items in your bags, bank, void storage, and guild bank tabs, separated into different lists.
Share your item lists with others by giving them the URL. You can mark some tabs (or the whole list) private as well.
Filter item searches against items in your personal bags, your guild bank, or both.
Notice on item pages when you have that item in any of your lists.
To get the data from World of Warcraft into Wowhead, you'll need to install and run a small addon.
Download the Wowhead Bag Scanner addon
(if it's showing Out of Date in-game, be sure to download the latest version).
Unzip the addon into your World of Warcraft AddOns directory.
Start World of Warcraft, and make sure the
Wowhead Bag Scanner
addon is enabled for your character.
Visit your bank and your void storage.
Visit your guild bank, and click on every guild bank tab.
Type this into the chat box: /whbagscanner
A window will appear with some code already selected. Copy it to your clipboard by pressing Ctrl-C on the keyboard.
Return to this page, and paste that code into the text box below. Press Submit!
If you want to add another item list, start over from step 3.
Once you submit the data, and whenever you visit your list's page, you'll be able to rename and mark public or private each location from that list.
