Here's how I did it as Protection Warrior for Fabled Let Me Solo Him: Nullaeus:

ilvl 238 overall, with Crucible of Erratic Energies & Jelly Replicator trinkets
Only cheap enchants on a few pieces, no gems, and no consumables other than Potent Healing Potions

Level 18 Healer Valeera with Porcelain Blade Tip (R1) & Overflowing Voidspire (R2) curios

Strategy:

Always interrupt Emptiness of the Void
Spell Reflection on Devouring Essence
Keep Shield Block up as much as possible, don't forget about Shield Charge either
Extra rage was mostly spent on Ignore Pain, very little was used for Revenge or Execute
Shield Wall for Imploding Strike, this is the one ability that will kill you if you let it go off without mitigation - Demoralizing Shout can be used as well, although I mainly sent it on CD as often as I could
Avatar is to be used on cooldown - only delay it if boss is close to 75/50/25% thresholds for the add spawns

Avoid the purple stuff on the ground and stay away from the void orb that tries to pull you, leap away if you get close to it. Nothing special was done for the adds, other than spell reflecting some shadow bolts off the final one that spawns. Don't bother kicking him if the boss is active, as you wanna make sure that Emptiness of the Void is interrupted instead.

Boss eventually died after a long,13 minutes pull, on my 2nd attempt. First tried with Valeera as DPS but I struggled a bit surviving, which was the whole strategy here. HP pots if you get really low, otherwise try and go for healing orbs thrown by Valeera, and stay in her green healing circle when you can. Obviously will get easier with better gear and consumables.

I think it is best here to play **Healer spec** and use **Valeera** as **DPS**.

I was item level **264** and Valeera was **43 (DPS spec)**.

You can tune it more, but I didn’t and still cleared it.

## **TL;DR Strategy**

Do NOT DPS the boss Your damage is irrelevant outside add phases.
Do NOT stand in purple If you step in it, move out immediately.
Later phase: avoid the rotating void orb
Do NOT overheal Valeera -She doesn’t need to be topped constantly.
Keep Valeera around 60% → 90% HP**
Use basic heals: - -
Save DPS cooldowns for add phases (75% / 50% / 25%)

When adds spawn:
- Pop **Wings**
- Use your full DPS toolkit
- CC and nuke them down quickly

Valeera handles the boss — you handle survival and add bursts.

Unfortunately the title from this achievement, "the Ominous", is not account wide. It will only be available on your character that completed the achievement.
