These can be done in the quest Mereldar's Light, which has you do three of these games and the world quest Work Hard, Play Hard which has the challenge modes available. I dropped and re-picked up the campaign quest to finish all the normal ones.
Progress counts across characters which was required as doing the challenge modes counted as 4/4 and completed the world quest for me.

Who is scariest?
There are three kids upstairs in the orphanage, I talked to them and picked Nerubian, I assume both will work.

Scary Monster
Three kids outside near the climbing equipment, talk to them and push each of the 4 action buttons.

Hit the Target
Talk to the kids in front of the target, throw a rock at it.

Tag
Click on one of the two running kids.

Floor is Undersea
For this one, talk to the kid near the fence. You need to walk along the fence, jump across the gap (there's a barrel in the middle), go around the corner again, jump across again and click the kid at the end of the last fence segment, this one took me a little bit to figure out all the jump distances. I practiced the different segments separate to the game to get the distances correct.

Hide and Seek
Talk to the kid near the doorway, you'll get a bar and pings to the hider. He was behind the orphanage for me, not sure if it's always the same.

Hide and Seek - Challenge (only available in the World Quest version)
This is mostly the same, except that now Wyllam is running around, I found him heading up the hill at 43.0, 53.3. Use the pings and location bar and you'll get there.

Floor is Undersea - Challenge (only available in the World Quest version)
This one is hard, you have to complete the course with a lot more complicated jumps and barrels in the path. The path goes halfway down the fence, across to the barrels under the climbing frame, follow the barrel path to the next fence after the gap, jump across to the next fence as normal, then jump to the barrels to get around the barrier to the last fence. Good luck, this took me many attempts.

Apparently for both the Floor is Undersea games, you can cheese it with a warlock's demonic circle, monk's transcendence or mage's alter time.

I got all the events I could done during the first time they send you to the orphanage during the campaign quest by abandoning and restarting. I did not, however, abandon because I wanted to get more of the achieve finished. I did it because, well, Hide and Seek still has some bugs.
For the Hide and Seek, be aware that as of writing, I am stuck with the sonar ping noise, the white leading fog ball and (while not mounted) the 'treasure map' while I'm anywhere near the orphanage.
My orphan decided to hide inside the building right next to the orphanage and I guess he either got squashed to death by a barrel or he climbed in and refuses to come out. It does NOT go away when you finish the quest.
Not able to target, no part of him visible, but the tracker says I'm standing on top of him if I cram myself into/on top of the barrels beside the door.
Can just faintly see a bit of a white glow under the edge of one.
So... you might get lucky and have a findable orphan or you might have one who phases himself through the landscape. I recommend not doing the hide and seek one until later. Plenty of games to play. Some are even inside the orphanage.

Be careful compelting the quest too fast. I was at 2/4 and doing the challenging hide and seek it jumped to 4/4 instantly for me.

I had a guildie who was 0/4 and got 4/4 on the challenge hide and seek.

So is ether bugged or the challenge adds extra points to the game.

For "Floor is Undersea - Challenge" Warlocks Demonic Circle worked perfectly for me! Placed the circle at the end fence where the orphan you need to talk to will be, started the challenge, then teleported back to circle! Boom! Profit!
Neither Monk Transcendence nor Zen Flight worked for me though...
Demon Hunter or Evoker Glide is helpful - though I imagine Demon Hunter with Infernal Strike would probably be better.
I was able to complete all the other parts on one character and just did the last challenge on a Warlock.

You can do the world quest in a raid group, so it wont complete it , you have all the time in the world to do the achievement that way :)

Hints for "Floor is Undersea":

Any mode:

To do a perfect forward jump, you have to press the forward key (e.g. W) first and then the jump key (e.g. Space).
I used both hands for this. Left ring finger on forward key and right pointing finger on the space bar.
Hold the pointing finger a little higher so the forward key will be pressed down before the space key.
The jump needs some room to run forwards. Therefore do not stand on the front edge of the fence or
the barrels. Stand on the back edge. Use walk mode to get into the correct position before the jump.

Normal mode:

For the barrel jump:
With normal speed, jump from the second pillar before the barrel.

For the corner jumps:
Jump from a pointed angle to the target fence

Challenge mode:

The jump on the 1. barrel is too far for a jump orthogonal from the fence. So aim a little diagonal.

All other barrel jumps are exactly one perfect forward jump away with normal speed.

Floor is Undersea normal and challenge version are just absolutely infuriating. You will really want to take some kind of muscle relaxer for this because you will not be able to get this in any reasonable amount of time or attempts on a druid. There's a huge %^&*-off tree that blocks you from seeing your character, the jumps are just as janky as they could code them, and the route you have to take is arbitrary and annoying with bad angles and obstructions. Exceptionally poorly designed, multi dollar company and all. Hope you don't like achievements, you will not be getting this one unless you cheese it.

I was able to do the Floor is Undersea and Floor is Undersea - Challenge modes as a Shaman Ghost Wolf using exactly the same route both times. Because barrels / banners / other obstacles have no impact to the route, you can practice it when not in the quest mode. For jumps from a post, I was slightly back on the post for space to move forward before jumping.

First jump was from about midway between the 2nd and 3rd posts back from the first corner to the first post after the first corner.
Second jump was straight from the end post on one side of the fence opening to the other - this is the Ghost Wolf running jump length, so easy-peasy.
Third jump was from the post before the next corner to the second post after the corner.
Fourth jump was from the second post after the corner (the one just landed on, after shifting back slightly for runway) to the second post on the last fence.

Completing a challenge completes the world quest (4/4 progress), so either do this in a raid if you still need credit for the 2 challenges, or come back on an alt.

I was able to complete the "Floor is undersea - Challenge" with my shaman by using the "Gust of Wind" ability to cross both the gap and the obstacle between the third and last fence. Just wait for your cd to refresh and there's no need to jump on your own. I used "" from the Moon Mark to X and finally, from X to diamond. Hope this helps if you have a shaman. :)

PS: I've submitted the screenshot and is now pending for approval (hope they do and this will give you a better insight).

For the floor is Undersea - Challenge, this is what I did as a goblin. I think it will work for hunter and shaman of any race as well.

Haven't seen this idea posted yet, and its definitely not as easy as the warlock portal.

Use Necronom-i-nom toy to get the "You feel that the words are going to jump off the pages..." buff.
Use a parasol toy like Delicate Jade parasol.
Right at the start jump until you get the high jump, at the peak of your jump use goblin jump, disengage, gust of wind, etc to go over the roof of the house.
After redirecting your momentum the parasol should open, then letting you control the direction of your fall.
Land on the fence right in front of the "i made it" kid.

For warlocks doing the Floor is Undersea Challenge, place your Demonic Circle while standing on the post at /way 41, 70, talk to the orphan to start the challenge at /way 42, 55.63, click Demonic Circle: Teleport, then click on the orphan in front of you. Doing this one activity completed the world quest for me.

It did not give credit towards the non-challenge version, so you'll need to do that separately. Do the non-challenge activities first if you need both since the challenge activities give full credit towards the world quest.

Challenge Tips

Hide and Seek - Challenge

1. After picking up the quest, you might get a little white wisp sent from you, follow it. If it doesn't appear right away, start walking up the hill towards the North-East. The first time I got the white wisp, the second time it didn't appear. You don't need this to do the challenge, see the path in the note below.
3. Follow the white wisp and eventually you'll spot Wyllam running along the road.
4. Click on Wyllam to get credit.

Note:
- Wyllam moves FASTER than your walk speed and is partly translucent/invisible. Wyllam does not stop moving, which is why the "finder" shows you are getting closer, then farther away suddenly.
- Noticed two paths Wyllam uses starting from the area directly under the flight path. Goes up the hill to the North-East OR starts the same direction, but cuts East down the wood stairs and goes South towards the quest-giver. Both run back to the same starting area.

Floor is Undersea - Challenge

Tip: Go along the fence the same path as the non-challenge mode and use your classes movement speed boosts to make the jumps.
Successfully completed both fence jumps with a Hunter using Disengage and Paladin using Divine Steed.

First Big Jump - Easy
The first big jump is easy, it's across the entrance to the kids fenced in area.
- For Disengage, point your character backwards and Disengage. The lamp post will stop you going too far.
- For Divine Steed, go close to the last fence post, click Divine Steed, run forward a step and jump.

Second Big Jump - Hard
The second big jump is hard and needs to be perfect to dodge the banner and get to the last fence post to complete the challenge.

The last two rows of fence posts go like:
- Jump Row:
- Then a big gap which is blocked by a banner
- Last row: next to the challenge turn-in.

- For Disengage, go from the Jump Row - 1st post, point yourself backwards towards the Last Row - 4th post (end) by the turn-in, then press Disengage. The landing will be perfectly on the post next to the turn-in.
- For Divine Steed, go from the Jump Row - 2nd post, point yourself towards the Last Row - 3rd post, Divine Steed, press forward and jump.

Other abilities mentioned in comments (I have not verified these):
- Monk transcendence
- Mage Alter Time
- Vulpera Camp
- Shaman Gust of Wind
- Warlock Teleport
- Druid Wild Charge

Floor is Undersea - Challenge is wildly infuriating. I always just fell through the plank and barrel platforms. So, this is how I did it as a druid.

I followed the railing to the first lamp post and jumped the corner to the second railing. I did this in cat form, but it might not matter.
I stopped at the second smaller post after the first lamp post and used travel form's Wild Charge to hop the gap to the third railing.
I didn't try to jump the next corner (I tried and failed. A lot). Instead I stood on the small post just before the second lamp post and used Wild Charge again to jump over the sandbox to the final railing. It's a small target, so you may have to try more than once. And voila, challenge completed.

Side note: completing the challenge will finish the world quest, so if you have other non-challenge games to do for the achievement, I recommend doing those first.

Good luck getting this achievement if either your

1) hardware isn't 100%
2) you have some sort of disability

trying to do 'jumping puzzles' on an engine that's 20+ years old that seem extremely prone to bugging out (landing on the barrel but it not registering) is true to Blizzard's form, feckless and uncaring for its player base.

I hit Alter Time on the final post where you click the kid to finish, ran to the kid that starts it, started the challenge then hit alter time. Was able to click the kid and get credit.

I jumped straight to the Challenge one for Floor is Undersea because i thought that is needed for the achievement and grinded at it for 40 minutes without getting it. I thought it's bugged or i am doing the course wrong (not tagging every barrel etc) and then i decided to do the simple one and instantly got the achievement.

For Hunters, Druid, and Shaman:

For the first gap, line yourself up like this and disengage, wild charge (moonkin/travel), or gust of wind. (Don't jump). Alternatively you can make the jump with a speed boost like Aspect of the Cheetah, Dash, or Spirit Walk.

For the last part, position yourself like this (on the second post of the fence after the large gap, aiming to hit the first fence post of the final fence. (Either behind you or in front of you, depending on what skill you use)

JUMP and Disengage, Wild Charge (Moonkin/travel), or Gust of Wind at the top of your jump. You will land on the fence on the other side.

Then simply walk to the other NPC to finish.

I can't 100% say it works for druid/shaman (as I do not know if their jump it as far), but I know it works for hunter.

As a rogue I used Grappling Hook to get past the first corner and the big jump, then a normal jump, walk to the end, jump to the big bench and from here go straight to the second barrel and then to the final fence

Floor is Undersea - Warlocks can put a Demonic Circle on the fence at the end point. Start the game, teleport, talk to kid at the end point, done.

Works in normal and challenge mode.

As a non warlock, I just had a warlock group with me, pre set their teleport at end. teleport there then wait for me to get close enough to swap blaster. As a warrior you can heroic leap over first huge fence gap (only place leap works, other gaps have LoS issues somehow).

Do NOT do the Hide and Seek - Challenge or the Floor is Undersea - Challenge first.
If you do a "challenge" first, it will count as all 4 games

Do 3 of the normal games and make the 4th game one of the challenges. This way you can knock this achievement out in 2 rounds.

I was able to accept Hide and Seek challenge then complete Floor is Undersea challenge, finished world quest and hide and seek was still active. I used macro /tar Wyllam and spammed it and was able to see him easily and complete part of the achievement.

Did the Undersea-Challenge part as a priest using Levitate.
Just follow the fence only. First to the right then jump twice to shortcut all the stuff in the middle. Last Jump is pass the left of the banner at the end - Done-easy. Took me 4 attempts, and works perfect.

Another option (as Engineer) is to use the Element-Infused Rocket Helmet that Blizzard doesnt seem to have disabled for this challenge/zone but this is on a 1-day CD. Use Goblin Glider to land on the fence or try to land directly after launch, however this takes quite a bit of accuracy to get it done. Gnomish Gravity Well or X-52 Rocket Helmet wont work here.

The "Floor is Undersea" games are MUCH easier if you are smaller. I suggest using a toy or transformation effect that shrinks you down. I used Magic Pet Mirror to turn myself in a small pet, after that it was a piece of cake.

For Hide and Seek Challenge, I sat at /way 43.01, 54.06 and waited for the "finder" to highlight all green, had my cursor over my character. As soon as I saw him run through me, I clicked and completed it. Not sure if this spot applies to both paths that he runs, just fyi. Best of luck!

You can do all of these in one world quest if you join a raid group to complete the achievement at once. You can join a raid group with yourself.

For anyone who's unsure how to create a raid group solo: Start by listing a group in custom group finder. Then, relog on an alt and apply. Next, go back to your group leader and invite your alt who should appear in the group finder list. Then, relog on alt and accept the invitation. Relog on main. Finally, convert the party to a raid group.

Another method (the process above may not work for everyone) is to create a separate starter account, level a toon to 10, party invite that toon on your main account, and convert to raid (then keep that account for all your future raid-with-self needs).

Also , I've noticed that the "Floor is Undersea" game can bug if your camera is too close (i.e. even if you make the jump and land on an object, the scene will disappear). If you're experiencing that, try to zoom out a bit.

Edit (3/11/25): Added another method for "self-raiding".

I too was able to complete both modes of Hide and Seek & Floor is Undersea while in a raid group. For "Floor is Undersea" I recommend the addon "Turn In" by SabinDeus on Curseforge since there will probably be many tries on the challenge mode. This is a great addon and it will let you set up the clicks to start the quest with the Arathi Orphan, so you don't have to keep clicking your selections over and over for each re-try, just click on the npc and you're good to go -after you've set your choice's up in the addon. This is also a great addon for Garrison Menagerie pet battles, for when you need to heal pets at the Battle Pet Master (Lio / Serr'ah) after battling Squirt, just click the npc and healed.

Good grief.... Floor is Undersea about made my head explode. But if you have a MAGE, jump on the fence at the end > Alter Time > blink over and grab the activity to jump on the fence. If you don't have a mage/warlock/dh/monk/etc do not worry!

My friend didn't have any classes that get an advantage on the floor is lava challenge, just a DK so we tried this

I went on warlock, you can set a Demonic Gateway for your friend, doesn't matter if the other side of the Gateway doesn't touch the fence as long as the point you cast it from is on the fence, you can put it on the floor next to the fence just make sure they can click it from the fence

Starting the challenge will phase your friend away from you and they won't be able to see the gateway, but if you start the challenge as well they will be able to see the portal

The "Floor is Undersea - Challenge" portion of the quest can be done by any dracthyr (i did it on a rogue). Just follow the railing the direction you start the challenge facing and double jump across the gaps. I found it much faster and easier then trying to land on all the other objects going the other direction.

if you have multiple alts you have no problem completing this achievement but if you are a unique WOW player and running only one character, make sure you prioritize the 2 orphans for the challenge if you're missing these otherwise once you complete the WQ you can't interact with another child for a 5th game.

Heads up that the Floor is Undersea challenge is almost impossible to complete (without cheesing it) if you're playing on controller. It relies heavily on angled jumps with full momentum and I found that I couldn't get enough momentum without stepping off the fence I was trying to jump from, since the analog joystick movement ramps up your speed instead of going full run immediately like a key press. Switched to keyboard and mouse and it was no problem.

As warlock not only Demonic Circle works but also Demonic Gateway! I put it on diagonal from the fence where you arrive with the big jump to the child to click. The gateway will NOT stand on the fence but you will!
I've done the challenge faster than the regular game after all this trick xD
Also a tip that worked for me: Burning Rush and buff from Demonic Circle, Soul-Etched Circles, helps me jump longer, so I never used the barrel near the second fence. Maybe others speed effects will help!

For those trying to get the "Children's Entertainer" achievement without waiting for the world quest:

So far the only way I've found to start this storyline on an alt is to progress through TWW starting quests and don't take the level-up campaign skip. Once you take the skip the campaign quests are completed and you cannot redo them (to my knowledge).

To get to the "To Mereldar" quest chain, on an alt that I had already skipped the Dalaran quests and had a hearth set in Dornogal. I took the scroll back to Silithus to complete the "The War Within" quest, but still chose to skip the intro quests. Once in Dornogal, I did not take the level-up campaign skip and instead chose Hallowfall as my first zone. I then proceeded through the campaign quest chain as normal until eventually Faerin will go to the tower.

The last chain is when the tower is attacked and you have to follow Faerin out of the tunnel while Anduin goes all doom and gloom. After that you'll be able to pick it up.

Ok, so i logged a support ticket and a GM came back to me. Basically, the WQ is bugged and there's no known timeframe for a fix. He suggested that everyone registers an in-game bug report (instructions). To help, I've created some suitable text which you can all cut'n'paste into your ticket :-

According to Wowhead, to complete the meta achievement “You Xal Not Pass”, you have to complete a sub quest called “Children’s Entertainer” which requires a WQ in Hallowfall called “Work Hard, Play Hard”. Having spoken with a GM (ticket No. EU97810095 ), I understand the said WQ is currently not appearing in the Hallowfall WQ rotation (bugged) therefore preventing anyone from completing the meta achievement who still needs the ‘Hide and Seek’ and ‘Floor is Undersea’ challenge modes

I've also logged a post in the Achievements section on Blizzards forums if anyone would like to add their weight to it by adding a reply here. Its the only way we're going to be heard.

*Update 11/1/24* - the quest is up today !

All I needed was Hide and Seek Challenge and Floor is Under Sea Normal and Challenge. Dracthyr (mage) for Floor is Undersea ... Normal first, then challenge, so easy. Logged over to an alt and got Hide and Seek Challenge!

As of today (Jan 11 2025) Transcendance: Transfer is disabled as soon as you start The Floor is Undersea, both normal and challenge mode. The ability icon is faded and a "You can't do that yet" error message appears. What a great and necessary fix for the devs to spend their time on!

Thankfully the Demonic Circle trick still works for warlocks, so I hope you have one if you still need the cheevs for this stupid jumping puzzle.

I did both the normal and challenge version of the "floor is undersea" just now on my DH. It was the easiest way to do it. I did both only a few times before I was able to complete them. You just have to angle your double jump and glide!

Don't forget you can complete all of these tasks while in a raid group to complete them all the first time the world quest is up! If you are in a raid group you won't get any credit towards the four tasks required to complete the world quest making this easy to complete in a single spawn of the event.

Up today on Illidan server. I had three to complete and only got to do two (thought you had to play three games with the kids). Wish I had seen you can be in a Raid Group to help complete. There were enough people. Just have Wyllam Hyat left to complete this achievement. Then need Lost and Found to complete Crystal Chronicled to finish up You Xal Not Pass. Almost there!

For the floor is undersea challenge - i used my mage alt after seeing a YouTube comment (and several attempts later of a normal run). I stood on the fence where the orphan boy stands at the end of the course, used Alter Time then ran back to the orphan to start this challenge and 2 seconds later clicked on the orphan and achievement done!

Highly advise using a demon hunter for the floor quest. You can just glide over there after the first jump and even if you hit the ground, talk to the orphan. Still gave credit for my warband.

The Floor is Lava - Challenge part is a textbook, perfect, IDEAL example of the exact wrong way to design ANYTHING in a video game. It would be 10000% easier to do this "challenge" irl. But WoW is not a platforming game, so the challenge is infuriatingly tedious because you can't properly control things like speed and momentum for your character. Whoever came up with it should be fired and blacklisted. That's not hyperbole. The lack of fundamental understanding of game design principles should be career-ending. This is like a healthcare worker administering liquid mercury via IV to someone that needed basic fluids.

For Floor is Undersea - Challenge, This was fairly easy as a warlock as well. First, setup your demonic circle on the fence towards the end. Then, when you get to the first part where you have to jump from one rail to the other you should be in range of your demonic circle: teleport. Click on that ability, then move a bit closer to the child, and quest complete!

If you're doing Floor is Undersea - Challenge as a Monk, you have two aces up your sleeve:

1. If you talent into Lighter Than Air Lighter Than Air, you can roll over the gap between the fence even without the barrel that you have in the non-challenge version.
2. Transcendence doesn't allow you to skip the entire course because you're zoned when entering the "Undersea World" but you can leave check-points for yourself and get back to it when you re-enter the course.

Floor is Undersea - Challenge
If you have druid with Mount form Tome of the Wilds: Mount Form is kinda cheat for that challenge since you jump is large enough to do that in like 4 jumps from beginning to end. Easily.

As mage to cheat "Floor is Undersea - Challenge" you can go to the last post at /way 41.70 55.25 and hit Alter Time, run quickly to the orphan to start the challenge and press alter time to go back.

If you have an engineer, you can cheese the first part in hide and seek challenge

Option one is to use nitro boosts, option two is to use a goblin glider. Use nitro boosts to as you're on top the first barricade and jump straight to the next one or if you have a goblin glider you can just jump on top of the fence post, glider, and land on the second. Either way you'll still need to do the last 3 barrels, but I got it on the first try with this method

I just completed the Floor is Undersea - Challenge as a DK with a 3 star Potion of Gusts, fence post to fence post (across the sandbox) and then walking to the kid to finish the challenge quest.

For monks on the Floor Is Undersea Challenge:

I've found that the spell "Transcendance" no longer works as a cheat to get you across any gaps, even if you're within range. Just jump on the target first as you begin the challenge, then aim straight for the jungle-gym bench. From thereon it's pretty obvious. Don't need any speed-ups; an average run-jump seems to be enough to make it to each barrel. Just need to angle and be familiar with how far a distance your run-jumps are.

The kids greased the caps on the posts, though, so I'd recommend aiming for the rails instead of the caps.

Since this WQ ("Work Hard, Play Hard") isn't always up, a few tips to get the achieve done efficiently:

- Don't do the "challenge" modes first, as they automatically complete 4/4 of the WQ. If you're trying to do all seven games in one day, you'll need an alt anyway, so do a few of the "regular" games first before doing one of the challenges.

- A demon hunter is probably your best choice for "Floor is Undersea" challenge mode. You can glide right over the large gap and control your landing pretty well, and then it shouldn't be too hard to land the one jump to finish the game.

- You might get some lag if you try Floor is Undersea at the top of the hour when the "Nightfall" scenario is running. This probably won't be a problem in later expansions, but I was trying this on a high pop server at the top of the hour and getting awful lag with with double jumps. I just waited until the scenario was long over (xx:20) and then everything was smooth again.

I've finished the floor is undersea route twice on the same character an not gotten credit for it. It's the only thing bottlenecking my completion of the meta, and at this point I don't really know what to do. I can't seem to find any reports of people having the same bug.

Detailed Steps:

1. Location:
Navigate to the designated area for the "Floor is Undersea" challenge, which is part of the Work Hard, Play Hard world quest, according to Wowhead.

2. Place Demonic Circle:
Before starting the challenge, cast Demonic Circle at the end point of the course. The end point is typically near the fence, close to where you need to interact with the orphan to complete the challenge, according to Wowhead users.
3. Start the Challenge:
Speak with the orphan to begin the "Floor is Undersea" challenge. You should be prompted with the dialogue option "I am ready for the challenge," according to Wowhead.
4. Teleport:
Immediately after starting the challenge, cast Demonic Circle: Teleport to instantly teleport to the location where you placed your Demonic Circle.
5. Complete the Challenge:
Once you've teleported, quickly interact with the orphan to complete the challenge and receive credit for the quest

Ok didn't really see much about the Hide n Seek Challenge other than to keep running around Mereldar until the meter moves. So here are some additional observations. When you are close you should here a submarine 'ping' and see a white puff of smoke speed off in the direction of the child. When you're practically on him.. he becomes translucent but he KEEPS MOVING so you need to click on him while you're both on the move. Good Luck!

For the floor is undersea challenge, I haven't seen any mentions of this but evokers and demon hunters can easily cheese this as well with double jump and glide. Takes three jumps to do, and their all very easy due to having control over the direction you are going. Along with can skip the entire barrel section by just jumping around the flag.

Floor is Undersea normal and challenge:

Form a raid with your alts, use a warlock to do the actual run
Make the Demonic Circle at the post on the other side of the orphanage
Start the challenge, hit the Demonic Circle: Teleport and click on the end target
Profit!

Making a raid simply eliminates the odd of you accidentally finishing the world quest.

Ugh, it’s such a frustrating reality. So, it turns out you’re only able to do the normal difficulty ones during Meledar’s Light campaign, but for the two challenge mode ones required for the achievement, you need to wait for the world quest to show up. Which means it’s all blocked off until that pops. I honestly thought I figured it out and that you could bypass it, but I just tried and, nope. It’s just another one of those annoying time gates...

world quest is up in NA! please learn from my struggles:

Hide and Seek: Challenge - the kid is actively running around the entire town. go up the hill (northeast corner of town) and just wait for him. he will run up the hill eventually, then you can catch him. (PS - if you are using ElvUI, you may need to turn it off to see the tracker. also, you cannot see the tracker when mounted.)

Floor is Undersea - wayyyy easier as a dracthyr. practice double jumping between sections to see how far you can glide comfortably before doing this, or you will rip your hair out doing it on repeat.
Floor is Undersea: Challenge - the only difference between normal and challenge is the barrels crossing the entrance to the orphanage. you can glide across this as a dracthyr, meaning there is no difference between the two modes.
other classes that apparently have an easy time - mage, warlock, DH
