When you enter the boss room, turn to the right and you'll see the Lost Slime in the far back up the cliff a little. Approach the edge and wait for a few seconds and it'll move it's way in range of you. When it's at the edge of the cliff above you, have your tank click on it. They'll get a debuff indicating it's on their back. Once you've done this you can pull the boss. We didn't experiment with doing it during the boss so I'm not sure if it works.

While the first boss is out (100-75%) it'll do a frontal at your tank called Blight of Galakrond. As long as the tank has the slime on their back, this frontal will cause the slime to jump off your back and "reunite" with the boss. You can check the boss' debuff to confirm it's been reunited and once it has you can kill the boss.

The second boss (75-50%) also casts this frontal if you somehow miss it or push too fast but we never tested if that works. I'd recommend just slowing DPS if you're getting close to pushing to 75% before the first frontal, or saving lust for the 50% phase.

If a non-tank player gets the slime you can also stand in the frontal for the same effect, just pop a personal.

Defeat Blight of Galakrond after allowing a lost slime to hop on your back and then getting hit by Blight Reclamation in Dawn of the Infinite on Mythic difficulty.
