This is functionally like a regular cure. If the target doesn't have any effects to consume, Cauterising Flame's cooldown is reset. Pretty handy if you misclick.

Use normal dispel first for Poisons if the target is afflicted with both Poisons and Disease/Curse/Bleed, because it might dispel the poison ahead of others (which you can dispel with normal dispel).

Not sure if it's remaining duration related or just random. But be mindful of that.
