In case you missed where the Apartment Log is, it's on the shelf in the room where Mama Keara is (and where you accepted the quest) before she moves out with Gabi.
Sign the contract, and you got yourself the apartment - Congrats!

You can also select the book to set your Hearthstone to it.

I got the quest and then abandon multiple times and appears to be bugged. Tried without addons then log out the book appears for a second then disappears. Cannot complete the quest

Am I missing something? Turned in my quest, I can set my hearthstone here, but I can't interact with anything else in the room and I'm not phased... or does this quest just unlock a hearthstone location?

The book is in the same room, in the shelf under the fish bowl in the corner.

If you are having trouble seeing the book, you may need to continue on the main questline to get out of the phase that has Ethereals attacking outside of Noggenfogger's factory at the Vatworks. Once I moved past the quests in that area and the ethereals phase was over, I was able to return to the apartment and complete the quest. Good luck!

After this questline is finished --- Mama Keara mentions to visit her and Gabi next door in the building across the slime creek (?) where you fight Moz's henchman. You can read some more dialogue with them. The other NPCs insinuate that Mama Keara's now in charge and "Gabby" Gabi can get you stuck in an endless rambling of text that you need to "X" out of. Quite funny.

It would be cool if the room was more interactable. The bed could be interacted with to lay down on it and grant you full health and mana over 20 seconds, the mirror could act as a barber, the chest could grant bank access. At least you get a pet fish I suppose.

If you're stuck on this, be sure you accepted Weapons cash from around 44.72, 66.22 it's in the area you free the captive and take out the biker gang.

Look I don't wanna get all sappy or nothin'. It's just... What you did for everyone... <Mama Keara shakes her head and regains her composure.> Anyways. A deal's a deal. Sign your name on the apartment log over there and you'll be an official Barrelbottom resident. I'd say you've definitely earned it.
