In case you wandered around Aberrus and aren't sure where to go to continue after this quest, you get the followup from a Djaradin corpse inside Aberrus' Molten Crucible, 43.35, 52.06. The quest mark doesn't show up on your map.

In case, like me, you killed everything before noticing you had to talk to wrathion or sebellian to get to this quest, you can go out of the instance and back in to respawn enough mobs to complete this quest

This quest takes place inside a specific kind of Aberrus instance. You need to access this specific Aberrus instance through either Sabellian or Wrathion whom are both located at 48 , 13. You talk to either of them, and they'll send you to the correct instance.
DO NOT FLY INTO THE ACTUAL RAID.

WHY would they design this so taht if you accidentally fall into the center area you literally can't get out?

Don't search for the quest on the map (there is a exclamation mark in a shield on the map). You get the quest from baroness Draka, one of the two buddies accompaning you. If you cannot attack lord Vyraz, because he is orange instead of red, descent the stairs and wait until Helga starts talking. Walk up again. Then wait for it a little longer and after this cut scene you can start to attack.

Take after the fight the portal on the platform back to Keeper's Respite, where you can hand in the quest with The Primus.
