This quest can be picked up at level 67. The following quest chain may be easier at 68, but it's not required.

Captain Drine doesnt have this quest for me eventhough I completed "Reporting In"

It's possible to accept the next quest in the quest chain after this one, without ever picking this one up. I'm running Wholly + Grail + Quest Completionist addons, which does show the quest marker on my map as something I can pick up, but Captain Drine doesn't ever have it available. When I run the following script: /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(71179)) to see if I completed this quest already, it returns false. However, the quest named Primal List, which is the very last quest in this quest chain; when I run the script for that one to see if I have completed it, it returns true -- meaning, I completed this entire quest chain without ever doing Look to the Overlook.

If you fall into the same boat as I have, then run this script to see if the last quest in the chain shows complete for you (there's a chance that it might be complete): /run print(C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(66472))

As others have noted, when I turned in Reporting In, Captain Drine didn't have this quest for me (and the completion script returned 'false'). But my quest log had What Once Was Ours, the next in the chain; looks like I picked that up out of order when in the vicinity of Gelikyr Outlook to start the Bluefeather Cliffs side quest with the rocs and harpies (breadcrumb: Lost to the Skies). Something to look out for. :)

I present You Storyline Gelikyr Overlook. This Storyline is part of Sojourner of Thaldraszus which is criteria for Loremaster of the Dragon Isles.

Quests in order I done:

1. Look to the Overlook - Quest Start from Captain Drine /way #2112 56.19 39.85, Go to Commander Thadezus /way 52.68 67.31
2. What Once Was Ours - Slay mobs until 100%. You can as well use Rejuvenating Draught on Injured Gelikyr soldier that is giving 4%. Quest return bulding 53.90 64.25
3A. Prime Planning - Get 7 Primalist Orders drop from mobs.
3B. The Forward Push - You need to do 4 things:
- Close 3 Elemental Gateway - /way 53.72 63.44 /way 54.58 62.65 /way 54.22 61.97 in bulding
- Iceforged Gateway Stone drop from Karthis Sleetsong /way 53.72 63.44
- Misttouched Gateway Stone drop from Alora Mistbreeze /way 54.58 62.65
- Earthen Gateway Stone drop from Morgg /way 54.22 61.97
5. The Land Awakens - Slay 2 mobs:
- Primordial Wrath first you need to kill mobs around him /way 55.10 65.57
- Primordial Hail /way 54.31 65.44
6. Primal List - Go to (NPC #189174) /way 52.68 67.31, this quest is finish Storyline.

In order to be eligible for this quest, you must first complete the following: Valdrakken, City of Dragons

The quest can be picked up at level 60.

This is a breadcrumb quest. If you've done the ones after it (if Gelikyr Overlook part of the Sojourner of Thaldraszus achievement is done, then you have), you won't be able to pickup this quest.

Is there a road to this quest turn in place? I searched for a path, but couldn't find it, so I guess this is a fly-only zone (can't walk there)?
