Seems bugged, Participated in the entire event, as solo, and it still says 0/5 afterwards and 0/100 for the related achievement.

Make sure you grab the quest when doing the event.
After the event timer ticks down. Wait a moment & a mob will spawn Bisquius - which you can kill for the Big Kinook's Spare Ladle transmog as a reward from completing the event.

Not showing up for my alt. Unlocked on my main (says it's account wide unlock), but the event itself never shows up. Not sure what to do.

Edit: So based on lots of research and a very helpful random post on wowhead, it does seem like alts can participate once any one character reaches Renown 3 with the Iskaara. The community feast won't show on the map or have any indication it's happening. However, wowhead has a timer on their front page for the community feast. The event is pretty buggy, but I could still get participation needed for the weekly renown quest. Hope Blizz makes it easier to see and participate in this event.

If you're not getting credit, try doing the orientation, then zoning out of the azure span (say into Ohnaran plains) and then back.

You should get quest credit every 30 sec or so towards your 5.

This is what it was like for me:

- Sit around waiting for counter to reach 0. Then everyone starts killing stuff and it gets real hard to see around the cauldron.

- The quest text pops up and tells you get get your orders from Big Kinhook. However, you aren't really getting orders but watching that area of the quest text for what happens next.

- You get an extra action button. Target the thing you need and use it. The Brittleshell mobs are tiny and a bit hard to see. You have to move farther away from the cauldron.

- Rinse and repeat until the rare spawns.

I found that if I wasn't getting orders from Big Kinook, doing a /reload would usually get me a new objective pretty quickly. Then once it completed, doing another /reload usually got me another one fairly soon. Maybe it was a placebo, but it seemed to have an effect.

I had the same problem others mentioned about not getting credit for the quest. I was stuck at 1/5 and tried abandoning the quest and starting again and that didn't fix it for me.

What seemed to work was going across the bridge to leave Iskaara until the event tracking went away and then coming back. After kind of zoning out of the area, I started to get the chef hat button to pop up and my character did the "Yes Chef!" thing like everyone else and I started to get credit. So if the action button with the hat isn't popping up run out of the area across the bridge until the event goes away and then back in and see if that helps.

The event spawns every 3 hours and 30 minutes, and you will see an announcement on the minimap 15 minutes before it starts.

Once the soup hits legendary there isn't anything you need to do except the task that is assigned to you every 45-90 seconds (gives 25 rep per task). Make sure to loot the thing in front of the pot after the event for some additional stuff.

How to complete the quest:

It took around 6 minutes for me, so if you come at the end of the event you might get stuck on 2/5 like my alt
You get progress for the quest anythime you use "yes chief" action button, it gives 25 rep + 1/5 tasks done
I'm pretty sure you dont have to attack anything

Still seems broken, showed up early and participated in the event for the entire duration of the timer and got 0/5 tasks completed. Tried /reload several times throughout. Tried leaving the area and coming back. The 'Yes Chef' button never appeared once. Finally at the very end, while fighting Bisquius, I think I was able to get 1/5 credit for helping to kill him.

There could be one error however in time that I haven't figured out due to not being online during my morning time. But 14, 17:30, 21, 00:30 have been correct so far.

Could be unfortunate, but you have to grind Feasts and Daily quests till Renown lvl 15 and continue with fishing after it. Also at renown level 9 you can get Rep 5 per dumping some fish to that NPC in Walking Shores. Daily you will get 100 rep, but then after 5 Rep per 20 fish or such.

The extra action button is not always appearing for me which means I'm unable to get task credit. Sometimes backing out of the pot zone and running back ion makes it appear but not always. Is this just because it's too crowded?

I was getting 17-19 tasks per event but after the last weekly reset I'm only getting 7-12.
The first night of the weekly reset, the trivial mobs like "No so Tender" and " Touch Carp" had 15 million HP as opposed to the usual 2-3, but that seems to have been fixed.

Note: the schedule has been changed from every 3.5 hours to 1.5 hours. The advantage with that is that the schedule became a lot easier, since each day it's at the same time now.

There's 3 timers sequentially on the map:

The tuskarr wil begin their feast soon! (15 min countdown): Event is going to start within 15 minutes
The tuskarr are cooking their feast right now, and they can use your help (15 min countdown): Event is active
The cooking is over... but the soup is ready to eat! (60 min countdown): Event is finished, you may go get the Spirit of Sharing buff if available

This macro will show when the next event will be and, if there's currently one ongoing, how many minutes are left:
(I have the macro on a button, which I use when logging in, so I don't have to check the map)

In order to do the Quest given Pleeqi, you have to complete 5 orders given by Big Kinook. Completing orders also gives you 25 reputation with Iskaara Tuskarr, but it can be a bit tricky to get orders.
What I did, was that I kept running back and forth between Big Kinook and the road to the east in order for him to give me new orders. Sometimes it takes a bit of running back and forth until a new order was given, but it worked out for me.
Disclaimer - I do not know what actually triggers a new order yet.

This needs to be tagged as bugged, During one whole feast, I got ONE task to complete and that was to beat the fish head. Which was already dead at the time the task popped. I'm pretty sure I'm not supposed to wait for like 7 events with 3,5h timers to occur for completing this.

I ran into 2 tasks today that I'd never seen before...

#1 - Taste the Soup - I had to taste the soup, taste it again, taste it a third time... then talk to Chef and I had to tell him to Add more Cream. All that to complete the task.
#2 - Fish up a Club Fish - I spent the last 7 minutes fishing right by the soup and never caught one... I didn't realize there were actual Clubfish Pools I had to find.

I ended up at only 1/5 for the quest because of it...

Perhaps some of the folks "not getting credit" are folks not reading their tasks closely enough. Some are quite a bit more complex than the easy ones like stomping crabs and stirring the pot.

Update 3/5/23 - So, the tasks have increased in time. If you don't see one for even 1 minute, I would fly away and come back then. Even with the increased tasks, though, he has to put enough out there to actually increase the level of the soup. There have been LONG pauses between tasks and there's an increased chance the soup will NOT make it to legendary. When you pick up the quest for the week, though, clicking the chef's hat counts as a task, doing the task, and tossing in the meat from defending the pot. It makes it a lot easier to complete the weekly quest, but the chef's hat is going to be clicked by a lot more people! You also get a speed boost from clicking the chef's hat for a short period of time.

If it does not make it to legendary, then Bisquius does not come out. Stirring helps a lot if people are participating. I often times get something like toss escaping fish with pretty much everyone else. I participate in this often because I was hoping for better things from the rep, but the additional rep bags do not seem to give much. It's about a 50/50 chance of making it to legendary. In reality, though, it's just a little extra rep and a chance at a possible piece of gear from Bisquius, so I guess it's not a huge deal if he doesn't come out.

Update 2/9/23 - Well... this has turned into a nightmare of an event. It now occurs every 90 minutes and it takes Big Kinook SOOOOOOO long to give tasks that you can't make it to legendary to get Bisquius. So... I foresee another maintenance needed for this in the near future!

UPDATE 2/4/23 - IF YOU GET A BUGGED EVENT, FLY AWAY AND FLY BACK! IF YOU DO NOT GET A TASK/ORDER WITHIN 2 MINUTES, FLY AWAY AND COME BACK! I have had to do this a couple of times this week alone and it has worked each time. I got a tenderize task and sat around for the entire 15 minutes and it NEVER spawned. The next time I did the feast and got that dumb task, I waited a full minute without seeing it and decided to fly away and come back. I technically missed out on that one, but it reset me to start getting different ones. When I got it again, I flew off and back and it reset again. I realize my post is really far down and nobody will see this, but if you get this far and have the same issues, try to fly away and come back. Hopefully these bugs get fixed, but for now you at least have a workaround if you're limited on time and don't want to do this a bunch in one week!

Update 1/26/23: Yes, I am still doing this and verifying the process! It seems the same as before, but of course I've seen more tasks that I previously never saw. The busier it is, the harder it seems to get tasks. They show up every 1-2 minutes when it's super busy. If you don't see a task within 2 minutes, you should probably fly away and come back. You'll have to wait another 1-2 minutes again, but I usually fly far enough away that it is no longer showing up on the right side of my screen and then come back and it seems to trigger the orders on the right side that are needed for the tasks.

UPDATE 12/26/22: I was able to stand around and do NOTHING (mostly because everyone else beat me to it) and get credit for the quest. However, if you get an order that requires only YOU to participate (buy something, fish something up, pick up Ancheevies, etc.) then you have to do that in order to keep progressing. If it is one of the other tasks (tenderizing, stomping, etc.) then you don't even have to click the chef's hat. You can see that you get credit when it gives you the rep (you can have that show up in your log if you want to see that).

I'm not saying to NOT participate, but if you are struggling with finishing tasks, they are probably the ones that require something specific from you. The Community Feast tracks on the right side of the screen (where quests are tracked) and that is where your tasks are coming from. If it does not change from telling you to wait for your orders at minimum when it changes quality of soup, then you might want to run out of the area and back in to see if it can retrigger for you. I agree, though, that it seems that some people have more problems than others. The event is still super laggy and they will probably keep working on it... so I'll update again if I see any major changes!

This event was changed recently with new tasks. If you don't complete the task that is listed for you then you will not progress the quest! I was in a group of people and we all had different tasks to complete. It was based off the task that was on the tracker and not what he was saying in chat. There were a lot of tasks that had nothing to do with being around the soup. One was to go buy an item from a person in the inn, one was to fish up a fish from a pool nearby, etc. They are not the easiest to figure out at times (because they are new), but I was not able to get the chef's hat to participate until I did the first task and neither did anyone else in the group. Some of the tasks were to tenderize the meat or defend the soup, but these other tasks were absolutely necessary to progress with the quest. They were NOT there last week, so it is definitely new!

Update: I did this on an alt and I barely participated in the event. I waited for the tasks that he assigned on the side and when he finally assigned something, the chef's hat popped up. I clicked that and only a few times could I actually DO the task. If it was a task like tenderizing meat that everyone can hit, all I had to do was click the chef's hat and nothing else. If it was a task that I had to go pick something up or buy something, etc., then I clicked the chef's hat and had to go and do that task before I could move on. I picked up the quest about a minute after the event started because it didn't show up right away, but by watching for that chef's hat and only doing the actual assignments that required picking something up, I was able to complete the quest in one event.

I highly suggest that anyone that gets overwhelmed with the chaos (that's definitely me!) just focus on the assignments that he gives you and make sure to click that chef's hat! Once you are done with the 5 for the quest, you can try to participate if you want, but at least make sure to kill Bisquius when he comes out at the end. Of course, trying to find him and loot him after he is killed is another story.

I think part of the confusion people are having is not knowing what task has been assigned to them

When the event starts, a timer window for the event will open in the upper right screen. Initially, underneath the timer is a text message that reads "0/1 Get your orders from Big Kinook." After a few seconds, the text will change, and your character will be assigned a specific task. You don't have to talk to Big Kinook. The task will be assigned automatically

Your character doesn't need to do any of the other tasks that are happening around them. They only need to do the specific task assigned to them at that point, one at a time. After completing the task, the text will change back to "0/1 Get your orders from Big Kinook." Just stand there and a few seconds later a new task will be assigned

It seems to be nerfed slightly in regards to ilvl of the reward. I have 382 avg. itemlvl and I got a 372 ilvl belt.

It used to be higher ilvl, based on your ilvl I think. So they may have calibrated in regards to release of m+?

The first task (for me) was to catch a fish from one of the nearby schools. Until I noticed that I was just standing by the pot hitting stuff to no avail.

After I caught and delivered the fish, the rest went smooth. The NPC tells you what to do - follow the instructions in your chat.

For those wondering if this is bugged for you:

It's not, you just have a specific task such as buy salted fish or taste the soup.
Check the actual message/task that is on top of the questlog on your screen, under the event timer and complete it, this should give you your credit towards the quest.

Just randomly killing things and kicking stuff back into the soup will NOT give you credit. You can kick the fish all you want, if the chef has given you no task or another task nothing will happen to complete your quest.

Again, to complete the quest if it is "bugged":
1. Check if you have a specific task under the event timer on top of your questlog. Such as defend the soup, stir the pot, taste the soup, buy the fish etc. if not go to step 3
2. Do what the chef tells you specifically via the questlog task , not what he shouts to everyone. this does not matter to you.
3. Stay next to the pot until the prompt "wait for your orders from the chef" on your questlog on screen changes into a new command
3. Repeat

You don't need to click the Chefs hat. You get credit for doing the task without clicking it. It will just say "Yes chef!".
Only when you have the task to stir the soup is it necessarry to click the hat in order to change the action button to the ladle.

If less people click the damn hat there will be a little less chaos, because the will be less chat boxes.

Another quest that may or may not work for you. But hey, it's only 15 minutes, what else do you have to do? Did it twice, accepted the quest, no chores and after 15 minutes, took out the boss and no credit.

A guide to the specific tasks and their rewards:

So you need to stand close to the pot once the event starts to get your order. Focus on the quest tracker information as the quest text will be flooded with “Yes Chefs!”

1. Tenderize carp/fish head/morsel; Beat up whatever npc pops out of the pot. Awards 25 rep. You can totally afk this provided others kill the npc.

2. Throw in escaped fish, stomp crabs, stir the pot. There’s a timer to do this by. The npcs are around the pot and highlighted. Awards 25 rep. These can also be totally afk’d. You can do nothing and still get the rep/completion.

3. Being the supervisor. Press the extra action button and then press either 1 or 2. You need to press them a total of 8 times. Awards 25 rep. Cannot be afk’d.

4. Fish up a random fish. You’ll have to fish up a random fish. These are not the normal dragon flight fish and a unique fishing pool will be in the water close to the pot. You need to fish it up out of that pool and throw it in the pot (extra action button). It should be highlighted on the mini map. Awards 40 rep. Cannot be afk’d.

5. Buy a random item from a near by npc. Npc should be highlighted on mini map. Then use the extra action button to throw it in the pot. Awards. 40 rep. Cannot be afk’d.

6. Taste the soup, click on the soup and click through the prompts. It doesn't matter which ones you pick. Awards 8 rep

7. As the soup progresses in quality an animal will try to eat the soup. Killing it awards 60 rep. You do not have to tag it. It can be totally afk’d. ~~The rep is from the kill itself so things like Guild Standards (15% rep increase from kills) work on those mobs.~~ Looks like they fixed this.

8. Finally if the soup gets to legendary quality it will also summon the Feast Beast at the end which killing it awards some more loot and a 100 rep token.

As others have stated, you do NOT need to click the yes chef button. The only one I needed to click it for was stirring the pot to get put in the pot and for the supervisor one.

You MUST finish your task before you will get another one. You could get lucky and completely afk the event and manage to get events that can be afk’d and complete 10+ events. Or you could be running around the whole event trying to find the special fishing pool and complete 0.

Eel from Jakkerittua Jakkerittua the Catch Counter at /way 13.49 49.99 - on bench click to retrieve it. Back at the pot, clicking on one throws all three in.

Grungle fish pool is northeast of pot, where Big Kinook is looking - mouse over the pool to see what it is. I have seen several other pools here during the Feast.
Lakkamuck Blenny pool is by the children at /way 13.91 49.24. Look for fish pool on minimap.
Clubfish pool is northwest of the pot, between the training dummies and the two boats.
Manasucker fished up from pool (need to find location)
Kelp - there are three kinds laying on the ground. You have to pick up one of each.

Dried Wyldermane Kelp (thanks to @Aerynne) - If you are facing Big Kinook, head right to the 2 boats on the shore. The kelp is right (west) in front of them at /way 13.41,48.04.
Torga's Braid - If you are facing Big Kinook, head left (east) past the 3 little tuskarrs (Jarii, Nuna, Niqu) fishing. The kelp is on the other side of the tent behind the little tuskarrs at /way 14.11, 49.36.
Pulpy Seagrass - If you are facing Big Kinook, go straight forward (south) headed towards the dock Young Belvo is at. The kelp is behind the hut to the left of the dock at /way 12.63, 50.48.

Small Leviathan bones: (Thanks to @Depana) Can be found on the ground at /way 12.55, 49.75 near Bukarakikk

Important: Keep your eye on the timer so you aren't away from the pot when the boss Bisquitis spawns.

Still needs to cook a little longer. I was able to pick up the quest and at one minute left to go I was 4/5 and still needed one more task.
Finally I was tasked to tenderize a Not-So-Tender-Morsel.

None spawned.

Then the event was over and I was still 4/5.
I guess I win the prize of coming back in three hours.

Last week I had no issues getting the quest done and got way more tasks than needed. One event I missed that I had in fact been given a task for several minutes and I still got enough tasks to finish the quest.
This week I got two tasks the entire event. And yes, I paid attention to make sure I didn't miss that I had a task already.
Seriously though, why isn't the "Defeat the monster" task something that gives credit for everyone? When that happens all progress on the soup is paused and nobody is given a new task until it's defeated. So everyone needs to defeat it to progress. How does it make sense that only one person gets credit for doing that?

Handles large amounts of players poorly. That said, I did get 4 out of 5 credits just by standing next to the big chef while the event was going on, with like 100 other players around me, doing... things. Absolute sh*tshow of light and sound. Assignments would appear, then disappear before I even had a chance to read - we're talking inside of like 500ms. Strongly recommend not doing this on Wednesdays when it's part of the weekly.

I've never seen such a buggy game as this xpac. It's almost amazing, like watching a train wreck.

I've done this on 3 toons, here's what I've seen:

One toon did absolutely nothing but run around like an idiot (I just happened to be by here and saw it going on, had no idea what to do). And I got the quest reward
I did some research then. 2nd time I did it on that toon I just concentrated on doing my Orders. Everything seemed to work fine, how I think this quest is supposed to work. One way to know things are working is to see the Chef's Hat Action Button up
Did it on another toon, came in with about 5 minutes left and couldn't do squat. Never got a single Order assigned to me, but I still got 1 out of the 5 for the quest done. No idea how, likely tenderizing meat
So I did some more research because the timer that's supposed to show on the map isn't there all the time (In fact most of the time it's not there). I downloaded the weakaura timer and made sure I was there at the start. But man was it ever a mess. First, it started out ok, I got the chef's hat but never saw an Order. However I was able to get credit for quests by his "general" orders, like throwing fish back or tenderizing. Then, he finally gave me an order for getting the Hot Piping Orca Milk. I knew who to get that from, but he wasn't next to Brena like he was supposed to be. So I got online and it said to fly out of town and back in. I did that and it didn't work. I finally abandoned the quest and got it again. I was able to get 3/5 of the orders from then on without a single thing being actually assigned to me.

some notes:

The only time you'll see this quest up is once the event starts, be sure to pick up this quest first before doing anything. Otherwise you're wasting your time.

Unlike what others have said you do NOT need Orders assigned to you to get credit for the quest. However if he does assign an order to you, I think you have to do it to proceed. So be watching.
I can't honestly say you need to be there from the start, since I did get it once without being there. But you need to do 5 "Orders" so depending on your luck you likely do and the start may not be enough
Just a heads up, one of the most confusing Orders is to get Piping-Hot Orca Milk, just know the vendor is near Brena (the Chief). You only need to get this if it's an Order for you (in fact that's the only time you'll see it on the vendor list)
Another Order you'll see assigned to you is to fish for something. Look for a pool nearby for that "something" and just fish in that pool.

My guess (and it's 100% a guess) is that their design can't handle the number of people that show up (I've seen a lot, like two raids size). That's a lot of people to assign orders too. So if you're lucky, you won't get an order at all and can just do the general stuff like tenderize meat, etc.

I've said this before, but I'll never understand why these guys aren't embarrassed by all these bugs. I know I would be. This could be a cool event, but having to do it multiple times (and waiting over 3 hours inbetween) to get the quest completed really ruins it.

If you want to do this on multiple toons the trick is to do it when it's not busy. The amount of orders you can get in a short time when it's not busy is hugely different than when it is. What I do is I park multiple toons by the Pot and when I get the quest done on one I just switch to another. Ideally you get the quest ahead of time (you can get it 15 minutes before event starts now). When it's busy you'll be lucky to get the quest done on 2 toons, when it's not busy I can get it done on 4 easy. When it's just a few people the Orders come quickly one after another, when a lot are doing it the Orders have minutes inbetween (if you get any at all).

If you're hatin on people putting down Turnips, Punching Bags, and Fake Fish, they're a good way for some classes to generate resource and deal more damage as well more lazily cleaving off of them.

Today I got the "be the soupevisor" order, which is fine, I've done it before easy peasy, except for the fact that the extra action buttons disappeared and I was left at 1/8 with no way to progress (and therefor no progressing the Community Feast quest either).
So I mounted my drake and flew far enough away to be out of range of the event and when Í flew back it was back to the usual "get your orders from Big Kanook"

I cannot emphasize enough that the "Yes Chef" button serves no practical function. It's there for fun and flavor. It does *not* appear every time you are assigned a task, only sometimes. If you fail to press the button, it has *zero* impact on your quest or your tasks.

Do not rely on it. Do not trouble yourself to press it. Do so if you want to meme and be part of the fun. That's cool. It is fun. But do not think it does anything.

If you're having issues getting the 5 tasks done just try and show up a couple minutes late. I seem to have issues if I get there before Pleeqi pops the quest. I've done it on at least 10 different characters straight now finishing with at least 5 minutes to spare.

I really think Blizzard should implement a Mount and Toy ban in effect around the pot during this event.

People dropping Punching Bags and Rubber Fish heads for a joke, and sitting on the pot and over the NPCs AFK on massive mounts just stops the event from being completed easier and and more successfully.

Had to post this. I wanted to do the quest not realizing i was mostly there to renown 3. Got to the pot diddled around in the ruckus for a bit then realized I was missing something and came to find I needed Renown 3. I finished the event and went and got to Renown 3 and was given the quest for the feast. I went back and to my surprise I could complete it but no loot or anything and it did not count on my quest tracker as done for the week lol. I will go back later and see what happens, stay tuned....

This is the most bugged and ridiculous event ever and the people don't make it better by putting down their "toys" that you tab target which can mess you up. Blizzard did you not think about how we can get trolled at this event?

ok so It boggles my mind that people still think this event is bugged. It is not nor has it ever been bugged the problem is there are so many people power tripping through it you can't get the assigned tasks done. I.E. chef tells you to tenderize the carp, 50 players dps it down so fast you can't get a hit it on it, not completing the task ergo not getting credit towards the goals. So unless you are massive aoe bashing your buttons like a wild beast its very hard to get the tasks accomplished hence the many posts from others. It also doesn't help that players who have nothing better to do in game than screw others drop toys near the pot making it even harder to get the goals done because now instead of hitting the carp, fish head, or mobs attacking the soup, your now hitting a turnip or whatever other toy some knob decided to put down.

Apparently in 10.0.5, target dummies now despawn after 3 seconds if they are near the pot, which is a big kick in the face to anyone trying to generate resources to kill the tender meats faster.
You can however still put them farther out for resource generating.

Maybe it's already been written but you can share the 5 task with a group.
So it is quicker to get the tasks done and you also share the ordres from Big Kinook.
That way, if one of your group does a task it is completed to the rest of you all

Something may have been hotfixed. On one toon, I only got one task and no other completions. Three days later, I was not getting many tasks, but other activities completed the quest. For example, I got credit for killing an attacking mob and throwing meat into the pot.

Unconfirmed, but possible?

Something interesting happened to me and I wanted to share. I went to Azure Span while still being lvl 59 and I could get this quest and complete it, but to open the box I had to get 60. When I did get 60 and I opened it, it gave me an item for lvl 70 which I found very weird because this box only gives items according to your level (until 70) and when you get 70 according to item level. I don't know if this was random or a bug, but I did find it interesting and I will do it again with next leveling characters.

I adapted a macro I found elsewhere for the 3.5 hour cycle to work with the 1.5 hour duration for the event:

Since there are only 3 start time cycles, you should only need to change the value of "o" to 0, 30 or 60, depending on when the feasts actually start on your server (in whatever time zone you're using.

For the Steamwheedle Cartel Realm, o=30 was the correct setting if you're using Server Time.

Does anyone know how to get rid of stuff in your hands at the end of the Community Feast?

Usually, I watch the timer c; closely and try not to take an activity in the last 20 seconds. Three in the morning, and I was not watching. Now I'm carrying a big fish head around and no matter what I do I can't get rid of it.

EDIT: Finally got it! It let me mount my dragon ... and I flew half way across Azure Span and it finally disappeared.

Oof. Just had this one bug on me on Wyrmrest Accord. We had Legendary (3) quality soup, and right at the end...I got phased to a lower pop instance who had COMMON quality soup. Needless to say, I was NOT happy. ;/

If you have an army of alts to do this on, the most annoying aspect is the travel time to Iskaara. Mages can Hearthstone in Iskaara and high end characters might have Path of the Rotting Woods, greatly reducing this. Otherwise there is a nearby Waygate connection from Valdrakken: fly to Rusza'thar Reach, teleport to Shady Sanctuary and fly around Lunedane at max speed to be there in roughly 90 seconds.

Alternatively, you can also do this only once per character every two weeks, which I call the 'in-out' rotation:

On reset evening, if a character is otherwise done for the week, go to the feast, do the quest and park them at the inn.
On reset day make sure to log in when the feast is about to start or happening and do the quest again.

Any characters you do this with are 'free' till reset night in 13 days, saving lots of travel time in the process.
EDIT: because of downvotes I've clarified the process a bit. Otherwise I'm not sure why it is being downvoted.

Cooked the soup for 3 alts last week. Due to many people do weekly it is easy to go legendary. 2 of 3 times after legendary the soup status resetted to something low: uncommon etc. So no boss Bisquitis appear of course. Seems bugged.
