The reward quest for achieving Valdrakken Accord level 3. It's an immediate turn-in quest at The Roasted Ram, Valdrakken's inn. Coords for the entrance are around 48, 49. Erugosa is in the back by the fireplace.

Don't feel pressured about choosing one, the rest can be exchanged for with various gathering resources such as Adamant Scales or Serevite Ore alongside Dragon Isles Supplies.

If you want to see what they look like before you choose, then close the dialogue and ask to see her cooking wares.
They and a few others are found there and a control-left-click will show them off in your dressing room.

The tey set is the cheapest so if you plan to collect all the appearances anyway don't get the toy.

I'm level 70, VA renown 6, and cannot pick up this quest. When I try I am told I don't meet the requirements.

Edit: First, I had to talk to Sorotis and unlock the renown 2 ability, although I was already getting titan relics without it. After that, I was able to return to Erugosa and get her quest.
