What you have to do is queue for the dungeon "Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr" that you will find in your specific dungeon LFG feature (Open: Press "I") under World Quests. Do not be stupid like me and run yourself to Badlands to enter Uldaman by yourself :P

I present You Storyline The Dragonscale Expedition, achievement Against the Elements and how to get Unstable Elemental Confluence released at 15/11/2022.

Storyline The Dragonscale Expedition + Extra Quests:

1. The Dragon Isles Await - start automaticly when login You need to go to Stormwind and speak with Wrathion 79.9 27.2
2. Aspectral Invitation - speak with Wrathion conversation will start.
3a. Expeditionary Coordination - Speak with 3 NPC: Thaelin Darkanvil 64 37.4, Cataloger Wulferd 63.2 70.1 and Pathfinder Jeb 38.2 45.2
3b. The Obsidian Warders - speak with Dervishian 51.1 67.5 on top of tower
5. Whispers on the Winds - Speak with Archmage Khadgar He will come from teleport, Video will start.
6. Chasing Storms - Start from Toddy Whiskers 22.9 55.5 Speak with Storm Hunter William 25 53.2
For Storyline probably the rest of the quests next week. But after 6 quests You can do extra quests:
- Legacy of Tyr: Secrets of the Past - Do dungeon Uldaman located in 41.4 9.9, best way is to go LFG dungeons. Dont forget to put dungeon on normal dif.
- A Primal Threat - Kill mobs at Primal Elements and pick up from them 10 Mote of Primal Energy Reward is Primal Stormling.
After finishing quest 6 You will be able to buy items from Storm Hunter William. All items 252ilvl + Bag of Furious Winds and Storm-Battered Reagent Bag, to Buy all item you need Primeval Essence you can get them from killing mobs at Primal Elements.

Achievement Against the Elements and how to get Unstable Elemental Confluence Guide:

First think about Primal Elements. You have 4 elements bosses and they are spawn only in 3 location:
/way Badlands 32.9 42.1
/way Un'Goro Crater 48.4 27.8
/way Northern Barrens 35.2 40.4

Elements are spawn every 3 hours and is random elemental on each location ( can be 3 x ice or 1xfire 1xice 1x wind ).

To get Achi done You just need to kill all 4 bosses but to get Unstable Elemental Confluence You need to get drop from them but is not 100% drop rate.
Elemental bosses and drop:
- Unbridled Storm Lord drop Dimmed Primeval Storm i got it after 2nd kill :D,
- Rumbling Earth Lord drop Dimmed Primeval Earth i got it after 11 kills xD
- Glacial Ice Lord drop Dimmed Primeval Water i got it after first kill :D
- Raging Fire Lord drop Dimmed Primeval Fire i got it after 2nd kill :D.

Now most important for drop, to get it easy use LFG ! in this way i get all Dimmed Primeval very fast. Only You need to be lucky with elemental spawn.

Just a little advice, that for the quest “Legacy of Tyr: secrets of the past” you will unlock all the tmog from the quest that your class can use, so if you wanna make sure to unlock all the appearances do it on a warrior

To anyone wondering if this quest is still available and/or how to pick it up:

I can confirm that it is in fact still available, but not from the location that this page says it's at. Instead, it is AUTOMATICALLY given to you upon first entering the dungeon, and auto-completes upon finishing the dungeon (and meeting the objectives). Just need to click it when it pops up in your log to turn it in. Additionally, it rewards gear of comparable item level to the other dungeon quests in the expansion, rather than ilvl 250 gear like in prepatch. It may show ilvl 250 gear in the rewards screen upon completion, but rest assured the item you pick will be given at the proper item level.

Can this be turned in to some NPC if you didn't click to turn in at the end of the dungeon?

Automatically given to you upon zoning into Uldaman and, once finished with the dungeon, you will have to pull the quest up in your log to complete it, clicking a now-new button above the usual abandon, share, etc buttons. I think this is the only quest in the game that does this.

The rewards before clicking the "complete quest" button seem to scale to your item level, with my level 70 Mage seemingly getting the options to choose between pieces of item level 346 gear. Clicking the "complete quest" button will then turn these available items into item level 250 gear, but selecting one will once again turn it back into something appropriate for your level (ie, a level 346 ring for a level 70).

Not sure what the heck is going on here.

This quest can bug out and not let you turn in. Do /reload then complete quest button will appear in the quest log.

Tried entering in Uldaman on both a LFG Normal and Heroic and neither had given me a pop-up quest to accept. I can also confirm with the print script that it hasn't been completed yet, and the previous one has been. Is there any updates for 10.2 who have accomplished getting this quest to begin?

Description

To stop Raszageth from freeing the other Incarnates, the power of the Aspects must be restored. Inconveniently, the Titans are rather preoccupied and Keeper Tyr is long dead. Queen Alexstrasza has suggested a plan. In the depths of the Badlands lies a Titan facility called Uldaman. Apparently allies of Tyr may have hidden a disc of his memories there. Word is that the place has been overrun by troggs. Gather your allies, head to Uldaman, and seize the disc in the name of the Dragon Queen!
