It might be a bit obvious but you need to be in the present time or Magni isn't there.

Ha! and don't do like I did - went outside and opened map. the ? was the call of the scarab and I didn't check. so I went there wondered what the H. Finally a spark in a distant cell clicked and I double checked. At least now I know despite taking a needless tour.
