Quest should be titled "Audience with the Warchief," as depicted in the video, on live servers.

1. Audience with the Warchief
• Accept the quest, Audience with the Warchief, from Archmage Khadgar at coords 52.6, 88.2 (Corridor leading into Orgrimmar).
• Travel north, to coords 49.4, 75.8.
• Speak with High Overlord Saurfang, and select, "Take me inside Grommash Hold."
• After the cinematic you will be located outside the gates of Orgrimmar. Travel to coords 45.8, 15.2.
• Turn in the quest to Allari the Souleater.

Description

Welcome to Orgrimmar, the Horde's seat of power.

Tensions are running high, demon hunter. Warchief Vol'jin was gravely wounded in a disastrous assault on the Broken Shore.

I suggest you offer your skills in service of the Horde before your presence is... misinterpreted.

High Overlord Saurfang commands the city's defenses. Though wary of the Illidari, I believe he will give you a chance to prove your worth.

Speak to him and request passage into Grommash Hold.
