Abandoned Amani Privateer's Cache is located in The Coiled Isle and is part of this achievement: Treasures of the Coiled Isle

You need to fish from the Grisly Cod Pool to obtain Grisly Morsel then feed Hungry Dolphin. Important: Stay underwater! If you go up to the surface, the dolphin swims away and you must start the process over. Swim with the dolphin to Waterlogged Crate to grab Privateer's Loop Half of Key and swim to Broken Urn to grab Privateer's Teeth Half of Key. Right-click on a half to create Amani Privateer's Key. Now you can open the chest.

(Full credit to wowhead user Buewow for showing us in a video how to obtain the key. That helped a lot!)

Are you wondering how to loot the Abandoned Amani Privateer's Cache?
You can find this treasure at /way 71.88, 66.57
Step 1: Fish in the Grisly Cod Pool /way 73.29, 65.89 for a Grisly Morsel
Step 2: Head back to the Cache and swim in the water to find the Dolphin and feed it!
Step 3: Swim down with the dolphin to loot the Privateers Loop half of key /way 73.09, 67.03 (it will appear when you get close)
Step 4: loot the second half of the key- swim to /way 72.45, 68.31 (stay under water, it will appear when you are close with the dolphin.
Step 5: Click the items to combine and make the key!
Step 5: Head back to the Cache and loot it!
You now have a few more rep and a toy!

I think this is a reference to Minecraft?

In Minecraft if you feed a dolphin some fish, it leads you towards treasure such as shipwrecks or underwater ruins. Pretty cool!

2 Sunken Diver's Chest	/way #2512 65.41 5.64 under water, To open it Slay Glittering Grouper Brinetail fish around treasure and loot from them Diver's Key Fragment when You get 3 make Diver's Key and open Cheast. Reward Ancient Amani Mask.
