The Jailer's Chains Restricted Gear & Spec Swapping and Other Torghast Hotfixes
A new debuff called The Jailer's Chains has appeared within Torghast, preventing players from changing Equipment, Talents, or their Specialization. This debuff is inactive in the Central Chamber, the start of the first floor, and when nearby helpful Brokers on non-boss floors, allowing players ample opportunity to make changes during their run.

Socketed Conduits Will Not Change with Spec in Shadowlands
Carrying on from the previous Soulbind updates bluepost which informed us that there would be a
persistent collection system for Conduits
and that
all Soulbinds will have three Potency slots
, Game Director Ion Hazzikostas has
confirmed via Twitter
that Conduits will not change depending on your spec - you will still need to respec Soulbinds in order to change them and setup your preferred Soulbind "build" aimed at how you intend to play.

We came across an interesting item in today's Shadowlands build strongly suggestive of a raid skip quest such as the one found in Ny'alotha and previous raids.
Sludgefist's Head
is an epic quality quest item with three versions citing Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties, which stacks to 4.

Soulbind Updates - Spell Changes for Venthyr and Kyrian Soulbinds

Tier 0.5 Dungeon Sets Coming in Phase 5
Phase 5 launches tomorrow, and with it new dungeon tier sets for every class! Nicknamed Tier 0.5, as they don't require stepping into raid, the sets are much more competitive than the name might imply. While the quest chains involved in getting them can be fairly lengthy, difficult, or even expensive, many of the set pieces are surprisingly competitive and much more reliable for players who aren't raiding, or necessarily getting as much raid gear as they might like!

One of the most important things coming with Classic Phase 5 and the Ahn'Qiraj raids is the emphasis on Nature Resistance, where it comes from, and what bosses it's useful for. Vanilla veterans will remember stacking it throughout their raids, but similar to Fire Resistance, the changes in Classic WoW mean that exactly how important it will be can vary greatly depending on the guild in question.
