This is an excellent guide-thank you!As a note, getting rep for the Wintersaber Trainers is SO much easier now. Instead of the three dailies you endlessly grind for tiny amounts of rep, you do a beginning quest (Get Them While They're Young) and the subsequent quest (They Grow Up So Fast) which takes you a minimum of 20 days to complete, however, at the end you will get your Frostsaber Mount (in essence, you are raising him from a cub to a full-grown mount in those 20 days). I believe it is possible to hit Exalted with them before the 20 days, at which time you can simply buy the mount from the quest giver for 80 gold. Or you can finish the 20 days and get the mount, although it will still cost you 80 gold, plus some other mats and 20 wintersaber whiskers. Either way, a whole lot easier than it used to be not to mention, the dailies with the cub are rather cute.
I've always been a reputation hoarder. Problem is, being a casual player means that I can't get raid reputations from Wrath up; and in fact even polishing off my Black Temple rep will take some planning to get a group together who actually wants to run the instance. Hydraxian Waterlords has taken me six years so far and I'm still seven or so full clears off exalted. At least it is soloable! It's just a matter of finding time aside from my Molten Front dailies to kill a boss or two.My biggest hurdle - aside from those nasty Silverwing and Arathi grinds - is the cluster of four Steamwheedle reps. If I could get those to exalted I would be very happy indeed! But that is also going to be very hard to manage; even though it is something I've been interested in grinding out for many years now.I wrote a blog post about reputations a few weeks ago. It seems that Wowhead news has been running things in parallel with my own blog entries, with mounts, achievements, etc. Anyone interested can read my reputations post here.
I'd like to make a slight correction to mfulton's post on Tol Barad. The quest givers to whom I refer are Horde aligned. It's actually possible to do as many as 12 quests in Tol Barad each day and 6 in Tol Barad Peninsula for a total per day of 18 quests. Often but not always when Tol Barad changes hands the variable quests change. Sergeant Parker always gives A Huge Problem, Swamp Bait and The Leftovers. However, Commander Stevens has 3 groups of quests that can change within the day. In The Hole he gives Prison Revolt, Food from Below and The Warden. In The Cursed Depths he gives Clearing the Depths, Learning from the Past and The Imprisoned Archmage and in D-Block he gives D-Block, Cursed Shackles and Svarnos. I have completed all 12 in one day though recently I haven't done more than 9. I've done so by going to Tol Barad as it changes hands and checking for new sets of quests, a trip that takes perhaps a minute and a half using portals in Orgrimmar and Hellscream's Grasp. I suggest that those quests are worth doing for money as well as reputation. At 18G, 18S per quest per day the first 6 quests gross 112G 80S and any group of 3 one does thereafter yields 56G 40S. I have completed all 6 initial quests in about 20 minutes. Gold and reputation...not a bad deal.
A couple of other points that I'd make regarding reputation. If you want the title, The Insane, curry reputation with the Bloodsail Buccaneers early. Grinding reputation with the Bloodsail is a snap compared with getting back in the good graces of the Steamwheedle Cartel. Steamwheedle reputation is easier in Cataclysm than it ever has been before but the problems one encounters in goblin towns and outposts aren't worth having for very long. That is especially true because the goblin operated, neutral Blackwater Auction House can be a great place to make cross-faction money or move items to friends and alts in the opposing faction.Pretty much since Wrath of the Lich King was released in November, 2008 reputations with the Classic WoW factions, except for the Argent Dawn, have been orphaned. The friendly Zandalar Tribe living on it's little islands off the northwest coast of Stranglethorn Vale has become the evil, world domination-seeking Zandalari of Zul'Gurub and Zul'Aman without retaining any of the very interesting ambiguity that might have derived from having some friendly Zandalari remaining to assist parties in those dungeons and in the Zandalari raid instance that I hope we'll see one day. The Shen'dralar continue in The Athenaeum of Dire Maul. Though one can't gain reputation with them any longer there are rumors about The Highborne returning in some capacity. If any instance is ripe for a re-imagining on the order of Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub it's Dire Maul. The Shen'dralar may be back though as potential friends or sworn enemies is anyone's guess. However, The Scale of the Sands, The Violet Eye, The Brood of Nozdormu are either gone or largely irrelevant except for players like me who will grind a reputation for the same reason the Sir Edmund Hillary climbed Mt. Everest, "because it's there."Among Classic reputations the Hydraxian Waterlords is the hardest faction with which to grind reputation in my experience. The grind begins with killing regular MOBs in Silithus and Burning Steppes until one reaches Honored (through Friendly only). Once one reaches Honored with the Hydraxians elemental bosses in Blackrock Depths and Upper Blackrock Spire give reputation as well as all the MOBs in Molten Core through Honored only. Once you reach Revered one only gets reputation from the bosses in Molten Core at 1050 per full run killing all bosses (1155 if you have the guild achievement). That made some sense when Molten Core was a top 40-man raid in Classic WoW and groups ran it weekly. That reputation grind makes almost no sense at all in Cataclysm and actually becomes an impediment to gaining the achievement especially because several quests that boosted Hydraxian reputation significantly have now been removed from the game. Logic alone would dictate that rescuing Neptulon in The Throne of the Tides should give some reputation with the Hydraxians but it doesn't.When working reputation with the factions in The Sholazar Basin, get to exalted with the Frenzyheart first. I made the mistake of thinking that building reputation with The Oracles in Sholazar Basin first because I wanted the green proto-drake. I had sufficient reputation with The Oracles to start buying Mysterious Eggs, 1 per week, in mid-February, 2009. Twenty-two months later and some 180+ eggs into the game I finally got my proto-drake. Others had much better luck and about 2 weeks after I finally got my mount the drop rate increased and the Mysterious Eggs now hatch in 3 days. Yes, my luck is crappy but the point here is that the best approach to the Sholazar Basin factions is to gain exalted with The Frenzyheart first and The Oracles afterward. That way if your luck is as bad as mine you aren't stuck with The Oracles (miserable little bait-and-switch con men!) forever waiting for your mount.

A minor spelling mistake in the "Others" tab under "The Syndicate", at the very bottom you forgot the T in Neutral. Also, you forgot to mention Raventusk Tribe that was added in patch 1.5 and removed in patch 1.11.
