Inflicts Fire damage to an enemy.
Cost changed from 40 Mana to 4 Mana

Burns an enemy, then inflicts additional Fire damage every 3 sec. for 21 sec.
Cost changed from 95 Mana to 10 Mana

Seduces the target, disorienting and causing them to walk towards the demon for 30 sec. Damage willmay break the effect. Only usable against Humanoids.

Wordup, our Enhancement Shaman writer, has left a note on this change: This looks like a nerf, but in reality Windfury Totem has been working like this since Shadowlands launch. Off-hands aren't in the pool of attacks that can trigger an extra attack, however dual-wield specs still suffer from the base 19% miss chance from dual-wielding. This won't change anything about how good/bad Windfury Totem is for a group, everything is staying the same - just that now the tooltip tells you it's happening.

Everyone has a hardon for punishing druids when they literally only do burst damage every 30-40 secs of a boss fight. We only get brought along for utility in mythic+ and do $%^& damage there too. Nerfs to stellar drift completely changed how the specs works, and now with a nerf to ravenous frenzy we’ll have to learn a completely new covenant ability. Like why does this spec need to change every few months when folks are getting the hang of it.
