just have 400% exp. do a dungeon. hit 20. run nightmare. hit level 45. run nighthold. hit level 70. then just go into tomb and kill 3 bosses to be 80. How fast do you want to level? you can get 80 in 30 minutes with this method

Comment by Miral007

An xp boost? Is that the big catch up mechanic for the patch? An xp boost? When you can already level to 80 in like a couple hours?

Comment by Sanguinal

Why have they even wasted time coding this in? I've just created a new character and hit 80 in a morning, this XP boost is entirely irrelevant.

Comment by GooseComics

This catch up mechanic is not for those of us who have been playing since the start. This is for those who have never stepped into Legion Remix until this phase, so this is a good thing for getting a good immediate bonus.

No the catch-up mechanic is getting over 50 mementos per mythic boss and +13 ilvls instead of +3 when you use the item that makes gear, plus being able to scrap gear for it.

An XP boost..... what a joke of a finale.

Comment by leyhunter

So they can add this but not fix timerunner conversion. Really cool. Not even going to bother since getting to 80 is pointless unless you care to wait until January to play the character in retail.

Comment by StoneLegion

I'm so glad that remix is about gear and levels and threads and not about bronze at all. We all came to play just to not earn bronze!

Comment by Anaide

Players: Lemix is alt-unfriendly, we need gear and IP boost.
Blizzard: We are nerfing IP farms into the ground, also here is XP buff!
Players: But we already can level very fast, we need IP boos...
Blizzard: Say no more! Here is another XP buff!

Comment by KatarinBWR

This seems meaningless if they don’t bring back the bronze reward for leaving alts like we had in MoP. I’m so sure anyone that was just worried about getting 80s would have had them already.

Comment by holylight99

not everyones at 400 xp my dude

Comment by Kiorelle

I mean...I guess this is great, if you don't already have +XP maxed. With XP maxed, though, you can go start to 80 in under two hours, so it's a little irrelevant for those of us that have been playing all along.

I'm *super* disappointed that there's no mechanic to transfer Motes or Fragments to alts. I had been looking forward to beefing up a secondary character to run some things in a different fashion, but...guess I'm just out of luck for wanting to have an easier time gearing a character that's -already- 80, eh?

Comment by Gleem

They literally increased IP acquisition by a ton, increased gear acquisition rate, increased ilvl acquisition rate, and gave you a way to convert threads into IP infinitely.

What, exactly, more are you asking for.You got ALL of that in this phase. Just because you failed to read the other wowhead article does not mean the catch-up on gear isn't there. Jesus you people.

Article doesn't match the article picture. Picture says it starts at 6%, making the total 60%. Article says.... 3%.

Comment by holylight99

*Pokes Remix with a stick.* C'mon, do something.

Comment by Kalamordis

Even less content now with 11.2.7 @ 400% exp.

I killed 2 elites to 20, Emerald Nightmare 20 > 63, Did 1 Bonus objective & Killed 3 elites and was lvl80.

Look at the buff icon again. It has 2 stacks. It starts at 3% so 2 stacks is 6% capping at 30%.

Comment by Daieon

Bruh, no one wanted *more power* they wanted power and bronze *faster.* The 5th phase was a "secret" because it wasn't cooked yet and they released it with nothing meaningful to get people to want to log into this.
