So the cantrip items will be even more mandatory now because it gives an additional significant buff to the cloak.
At least it's got a 200g vendor value so it's good for something.
As a tank I’m really looking forward to dps having this cloak ripping aggro and dying immediately. Gonna be great for keys!

I would really like to see a way for M+ to get competitive cantrip items in the same slots or a method of obtaining them. I love that the items exist but putting all the really thematic stuff in the raid feels really unnecessary if they are doing a dungeon every patch anyway.
it s hard to give us an artifact like this at the start of the expansion instead of giving us a ring a belt and a cloak split between seasons?
Give tanks(and healers) the ability to use the f dps spec.Or just simply allow any role to use any version of the cloak.We don't want(or need) the sh*tty barrier unless progging or doing gigahigh keys.
