Acquire the quest Emissary of War from Archivist Frithrun in Dornogal (/way #2239 46.5, 49.2) or you can start it from within the Dungeon Journal.

Quest Requirement: Complete 4 dungeons on Mythic difficulty.

Rewards: Cache of K'areshi Treasures containing one piece of non-tier gear from Heroic Manforge Omega.
