You're delusional if you thought this wasn't going to happen. The real question is why their QC is so poor that this sort of thing continually happens.
Zero point in having it in the game then. Delete
Why even make them as a drop if they will be completely useless lol.
why do this things exist then? lol just to delete it from the bags
Every time this happens it’s always the same idiotic comments of “so and so ruined it for everyone” and “fun detected” when the reality is that these are silly little events meant to be a break in the daily grind not something that’s so good it must be farmed to give a competitive edge. If anything these items should never have been as powerful as they were. Power in this game has only ever come from the current raid, dungeon/M+, or PvP activities and nothing else and people shouldn’t expect anything different.
So now their purpose is to clutter your inventory, just like d2. Good change.
Blizzard: ruining fun since 2010
You guys cry so much I legitimately can say that I wonder how any of you succeed in life. Most of you don't raid above LFR, most of you can't complete a M+10 on time, and most of you haven't even started or played this event and are crying. 300 Stamina isn't anything to scoff at when mechanics can get you dangerously low on Mythic or you need that extra 100 AGI/STR/INT on your raid members to get down that last percentage to down the boss.
Kinda like this Hotfix... Sure it was a cool thing but i guess they were to powerful especially the 100 main-Stat things ^^ Also 300 Stam can also make a Change if you survive or not ^^So for progressing guilds i might have made a big Change and I guess blizz doesn't want players to feel forced to grind this poor Goblin to get these ^^And for those that think it's useless now:I know you can't imagine this... but there are many players enjoying the Game without setting a step into a Dungeon, Raid or PvP... there are many, that only play open World Content and for them, these are still useful and cool ;)
Yeah this was expected but why would you nerf any of them as well? Open world content is already a joke and this is a limited time event. Were you really worried about someone having too much mana for world quests?
Wowhead writers trying to shut the hell up challenge: impossible.
lol isn't the RWF over? Why does 100 extra intellect matter?
Why didn't they just make them 20 base stat, 500 mana, 50 armor and unable to stack. Negligible difference but still keep their flavor and just small fun harmless items. Also how did they not foresee this when they designed it and how did they only realize it would be an issue hours after it was added to the game?I just don't understand how they repeatedly implement stuff and then immediately decide it was a bad idea. FFXIV devs were right, it's obvious many WoW devs don't even play their own game in any serious capacity. (Currently playing wow and haven't played XIV for half a year, just acknowledging how correct they were).
