The World of Warcraft: Midnight Pre-Expansion Update launches January 20th, 2026. The Twilight Ascension Questline begins January 27, 2026.

However, as a 20 year player I do find it kinda shameful and wildly lazy that the company is still using /commands to use in trailers such as this. While I do really appreciate and definitely would rather have this over nothing at all. You could pay a team of 1 person to work on a in game cinematic tech for example "Garrosh vs Taran Zhu" in game cinematic 14 years ago. Absolutely no reason to not put quality over quantity in this case.
