Buff resto Druid moar!11!
why the hell are they nerfing Mistweaver heals?
Wasn't MW already struggling to keep up healing wise? Why nerf that?
Because it doesn't struggle if you raid tested you would know, enveloping breath and enveloping mist a tad too strong which is what was targetted for the most part.
Its raid healing was fine because its a throughput healer. It sucks @#$% in keys and this nerf just makes it worse, especially that vivify aura nerf. Am I reading that right? That's the last @#$%ing thing Mistweaver needed lol
And to think I just finished leveling a MW monk for DF :(
MW can do 60K+ HPS in 5-mans and folks still die because they struggle with sustained spike AOE healing. Not sure how that gets balanced, but Blizz seems pretty focused on raid results and seem to ignore what it does to M+.
Where is Blizzards hate for monks coming from?First it was WW nerfs. Yes, they were high on damage meters, but druids and warlock are way ahead and they haven’t been touched as always. And now MW nerfs? I mean, MW only has throughput going for it. Taking that away and why should you bring one?
Let alone mw needed no more nerfs, but they still haven’t reverted even half of enhancement nerf… the only 2 I was playing with so far.. can’t wait to get smashed on my other alts as well, good job!
I don't know what you're talking about, guys.. few days ago I've been healing normal raids as resto druid ilvl 276 and met MW ilvl 252. He had 60 % Essence Font healing, full on mana whole time and 3x times more healing then me. Means if he only spammed Essence Font, he would still outheal me.. does it mean I am so bad?
Man, some of these comments are just comical. Just people complaining about nerfs to classes because they're performing well during the pre-patch despite it being the wild west when it comes to balancing, and people just dooming because they either are missing context or fail to think critically for half a secondI've been consuming a ton of MW content and testing it in all aspects on the beta, and it is an extremely capable healer. None of these nerfs are heavy-handed and I really doubt they'll make a significant difference in MW viabilityAs it stands on the beta... MW is pulling some fantastic numbers in raids, doing absurdly well in PvP after the 40% hp change, and while M+ is probably the weakest area of play for MW its totally viable and strong. Healer balance in M+ is pretty great at the moment compared to some other metas, sure there's some outliers but every healer is pretty dang goodEven in our worst scenarios, go watch content creators like Megasett crushing keys at an ilvl where that most of players will be working on keys like 5 ilvls lower. Its not unrealistic that people will be 10 ilvls or higher more than the people on Valdrakken by the time they're working on timing 15+ keys. Not to mention that dungeon tuning is still very much undergoing and there's still probably some rougher areas that will be nerfed prior to launch or shortly into the seasonIdk about you guys, but I like class variety so having some weakness is kind of a good thing. I'm very excited to play MW because it absolutely cranks healing and the fistweaving playstyle is refreshing and fun... but I certainly don't want everybody and their mom playing the same class. We already had season 3 and 4 where everybody was borderline forced to play HPriest, atleast in M+... let's try some variety
> Blizzard nerfing things because of beta testing> people assuming things because pre-patch "meta"> literally unplayable> repeat cycle of illiteracy
There better be some big druid nerfs coming or else that's your meta healer, friends.
I am so amazed how people cry hard about about evoker wich is bad, and then, when they buff devastation all they do is crying about another nerf for another class and don't even say anything about this good thing. I assume they just love to complain all day because they can justify how bad they are.
