Faction imbalance is entirely social at this point. Players get pretty well settled where they are. If they try to address the imbalance by making the Alliance too attractive, they could very easily end up with the same problem.
Guilds should be cross-faction, PvE should be cross-faction.PvP can still exist the way it is now for all those who think it's an actual game mode.
Let's just merge the factions for PVE, using BOD technologies. So this way, factions get to still exist lorewise, without the lore interferring with gameplay experience. As a former Alliance raider turned Horde, I do think that most of people against cross faction are either Horde, so playing the better side of 2, or players that simply don't raid and don't have to deal with Alliance's issues.
Cross faction gameplay, that's the solution. We are already doing it in the history lore and when we play war mode off. We are the heroes of Azeroth, in shadowlands nobody cares about your faction. Queue times and group availability for keys/raids are important, this will get worse and worse over time. It's a good call to do it before its too late. Also, thank you China for letting us play mythic with other realms!
Don't get pumped up fellow allies. It's happening because of the Chinese boosting services
Hate chinese RMT boosters
Why is cross-realm raiding even locked like this? Why do you have to be a guild to get the title, why not just grant it to everyone who was present? I doubt it will deter boosting because boosters will just calculate that into the price. Do people in top 100 guilds even feel that this should be maintained? The only argument I can see is for Activision to have more transfer sales, and that is a terrible argument, because there is plenty of opportunity for money on things that players feel good about.
New in 2021, selling hall of fame spots. A new trick to try to say there is no imbalance at the top level. /sAs it stands, if you want in on the top level stuff in the game you must be horde - larger community for that. The only way I can see this stopping is if Blizzard offers free transfers to certain communities (or guilds) to go from horde to alliance - high enough in the world first ladder to make a ripple. I mean they did it with BFA beta, by pretty much paying streamers (or so it seemed) to promote BFA as being a huge success. Why not with faction imbalance - really show they are equal. These top level players should not see that much of a change in performance with a different set of racials. And all those MDI guys can be shown just how right (or wrong) about the night elf racial being so op and needs a nerf/rework.
Well, this seems to have happened sooner than in previous patches. That's a good sign, right?
During blizzcon ion said it was one of the biggest problems right now.
Cross realm is not enabled this reset on EU guess we have to wait next reset
HEY, I got an EASY FIXJust lower the amount needed of guild on HOF from 100 to 50 or 30. That way the title will recover a lot of its value, and crossrealm mythic takes much less time for lower not so hardcore guild and lower populated servers. Its not the same population as in other years so having a smaller number makes it more worth for guilds to push and not so much waiting for cross-realm mythic imo. It's an easy fix and everyone wins.EASY AS THAT
And, as usual, the alliance proves to be a joke, relying on Chinese guilds boosting people to get their HoF done. Sad, but also amusing.
We can thank China for getting this done.
