One thing I noticed about this bag is that it can carry vials unlike other crafting bags.

why not just make netherweave bags, and get 6 more slots that can hold anything...?

I'm going to go out on a limb, and say that this bag is actually fairly useless. It contains only a few of the reagents that an inscriptor will use, a couple finished products, and has 10 slots.

Even as a lowbie bag, it doesn't make any sense, unless you get it for free from the prof. trainer at lvl 5.

I don't see many people at low levels with any profession bags, except bank alts, and why would you spend money or bag slots on this limited use/size item when you could just get a significantly larger bag, or more useful one.

The funny thing is that scribes do not use vials. At least, not from 1-350. I never used a single vial for anything.. so I can't imagine why this bag carries them.

This is mostly because the Ink's that are created are classified as vials.

Any chance that someone has found a larger bag sold in outlands?

I logged in today, checking the auction house to upgrade my old, crummy 10-slot inscription bags, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that these bags are now 16-slot inscription bags. Now there isn't as big of a need to replace them since they have an extra six slots. Not sure when the change took place, however.
