This is straight from Google: "The Deed of Patronage (Item 253802) is a reward in World of Warcraft associated with the "Midnight Endeavour" and Blood Elf player housing content. It is purchased from Hesta Forlath near the Silvermoon portal in Razorwind Shores. This item is part of the rewards for Milestone 4, granting 30 Community Coupons." Guess we'll see how true this turns out to be this Tuesday.

Hesta Forlath is an Endeavor Trader in your housing neighborhood if your neighborhood has the Silvermoon visitors this month. The Deed of Patronage is available for 30 coupons once your neighborhood has achieved all four milestones. She's standing next to the Silvermoon portal (at least she is in the Horde neighborhood).

Edited to add: She's next to the portal in the Alliance neighborhood, too.

You only need ONE, do not buy multiple! You don't trade these for the art, just hold it in your bags.

I deleted the deed from my inventory and I was still able to buy the paintings afterwards :)

Edit: You can safely delete the deed from your inventory after buying it from the vendor without any consequences. You've unlocked the ability to purchase the paintings for gold - so do not buy multiple deeds. Buying it on one character, unlocks the ability in your entire Warband.

You have to have completed the achievement "The War of Light and Shadow" before you can buy the paintaings from the vendor in Silvermoon, even if you buy the deed first.

To be clear, you only need to buy ONE deed, which unlocks access to the paintings. If you buy multiple, you cannot return them. Once unlocked, the paintings all cost 1500g.

Once you have bought the deed, you are free to delete it at no consequence.
The paintings will remain purchasable.

The paintings you unlock are the same images you have seen elsewhere, but unframed.

The most unique item this unlocks is the Fresh Canvas.

Are you wondering what the Deed of Patronage is for?
It can be purchased from the endeavor quartermaster in your neighborhood (when the midnight endeavor is active) for 30 Community coupons. Once you purchase the piece you are able to destroy it (bug where you could resell it for a refund has been corrected)
Now head to silvermoon city (portal right next to the vendor) and head to the NPC named Hesta Forlath

you can buy 8 painting decor items for 1500g each!

If you're wondering why you still can't buy any paintings from Hesta Forlath then relog and it should fix it! :)

It hasn't been mentioned but it IS Warband bound. Buy one on any character and your other characters can buy from the vendor (just tested)

Don't make the mistake I did, I thought you needed 1 per painting to buy them, wasted 120 coupons when we only need 1 to buy all.... womp womp.

Well, to me it seems like a ridiculous money sink. Obviously Blizz want to reclaim your gold, so you can invest more RL cash into the game.

So this is presented as some kind of reward, for which you get to spend 4500g on "apprentice art". Hmm..

I have a fairly neutral position on housing, don't dislike it, but I'm not mad keen either, I was getting housing rewards for levelling up my fishing and skinning, seems like someone is desperate to draw attention to it.

In case you bought your Deed of Patronage & are standing in front of the Master Painter Corlen Hordralin without being able to purchase his paintings:
It is ALSO required having the achievement »The War of Light and Shadow«.

The ones from Apprentice Hesta Forlath are available without the achievement.
