Some notes on how this trinket works after testing and log review:

The bottle service is channeled, but you can move during the channel.
Each bottle can individually crit.
The bottles have a 40yd range.
When active, you take the appearance of a Gallagio waiter.
You can give drinks to yourself. So unprofessional!
If no players are injured, pets and guardians will be targeted instead.
You get 1 bottle for every 10% Haste, rounded up. The additional bottle from rounding heals for the full amount and is not prorated like HoTs.

Overall, it's an extra throughput CD on a relatively short cooldown time, which is nifty particularly for HoT healers such as Restoration Druid and Preservation Evoker who do not have as much of an opportunity cost channeling for 4 seconds.

This trinket has saved me from many M+ wipes at this point. Highly underappreciated trinket for big burst group healing. It's like bringing an extra group CD.

I main a Mistweaver and this trinket is highly underrated! I push M+ keys only, and this has saved me many many times. I use it on CD. Its a very short CD too, at 1.5 min. Its just like using a big healing CD.

Adding a few more details I found, I very much agree that this is a super underrated trinket, especially in M+!

- Criticals are affected by Resto Shaman's White Water talent, increasing effectiveness
- When upgraded to 658 ilevel, I'm averaging about 20 million healing per cast of 10 bottles (this will vary a little for each class' talents)
- Highest logged hits are 1.5m with 2.9m crits
- Restore about 80,000 mana during the 4 seconds of casting through mp5

Got this trinket today & did quite extensive testing in both Heroic raid environment & Mythic+ (keys 10-12) on my Mistweaver.

Whoever wrote the MW guide and put this as "F" tier, clearly misunderstood how this trinket works or overlooked its power.
Because all in all, it is pretty amazing. It brings back Amidrassil times and the sapling trinket that every MW used as it dispersed direct healing into party wide AOE - because this trinket works pretty similarly.

I may be wrong about certain points, but so far these are my observations:
- The trinket works while moving (it works same way as Celestial conduit, therefore if you are running shado-pan, you get best of both worlds with an added benefit - the bottles have 40yard range).
- It throws bottles prioritizing lower health allies (I wasn't sure about it, but I tested it and it always started at the lowest health people),
- If everyone is healthy, it will throw bottles at pets / minions.

Notable upsides:
- The bottles can crit,
- The healing is pretty insane for a 1.5m cd (if you have high crit, you can do really high healing with it - in M+ this was my 2nd highest source of healing),

Notable downsides:
- The bottles have a travel time - the healing isn't immediate, therefore they shouldn't be used to heal burst AOE, but rather pulsing AOE - they are fast, but there is a ¬1-2 sec delay,
- The trinket does not have added intellect, you are therefore relying on haste + treat it as an additional major cooldown,
- Comparing Raid and M+ environment, I would say it shines much more in m+, in Raid you can probably do better with a stat stick, in m+ this is oustanding for specific damage types or topping people up.

I want to vouch for this trinket as a Holy Priest player. I think it's super underrated after the 100% PvE buff.

This trinket is pure throughput, which is something that as a Holy Priest you may think you don't need. But there are times when it's extremely helpful.

My guild is currently progressing on Heroic Gallywix, which has some serious healing checks in P1 specifically. Being able to throw this trinket into the CD rotation for healing absorbs is invaluable. This trinket is consistently in my top 4 healing spells. It's like Divine Hymn on steroids.

Additionally, this trinket procs Holy Priest's mastery. You can get some mega stacks of Echoing Light with this thing.

PROS:
-Mega healing
-You can move during the channeling
-Procs mastery (for Holy Priest)
-Healing from this can crit
-Can be used while silenced!

CONS:
-Travel time for bottles (but they're pretty quick, it's just
not instant)
-No intellect
-People that blindly follow guides will make fun of you
-Sometimes heals pets

Great healing trinket for clutch on demand heals , however seems to sometimes prefer healing pets even when they are full wasting almost half the bottles

What hasn't been said is you can use this trinket while silenced (think of the tornadoes in Motherlode for example !)
