This is one of four items used for the Will It Blend? achievement in Tazavesh. Toraziyal has a great explanation of how to do the achievement.

All four items can be bought on the landing before the first trash pack. They all have the same "Will It Blend?" flavour text, so you know it's the right thing. They are:
Glow Sticks, sold by Antique Vendor (or Collector of Worth inside)
Organic Melon, sold by Fruit Vendor (or another Fruit Vendor, but this one is outside Myza's Oasis, so you can't get to them without killing Zo'phex first)
Sc'ootie's Favorite Plushie, sold by Toy Vendor
Wriggling Tentacle, sold by Meat Vendor

You can buy the melon when you enter the dungeon at the left side from the vendor for 100g. You don't have to kill any bosses.

One thing to keep in mind is that it's BoP. I went to pick this up on the character I'd already unlocked tazavesh on for the zereth mortis quest on another character, and realized it was a waste of 100g. Will need to unlock tazavesh on any character you want to grab this melon on.

For those who did the Tazavesh questline ages ago and have forgotten how to get there, there's a flight path from the Oribos flight master.

I flew to the FP, went through instance portal on the right and bought a melon. Dungeon instance was set to normal. Shame they're BoP and you can only carry 1 in your bags.

I want to make something clear.
I have not completed Tazavesh: Raiders of the Lost Artifact and was able to get the Organic Melon.

Fly to Tazavesh from Oribos, enter the blue portal on your right opposite of the meeting stone.
Now you are in the instance but don't go to the stairs that leads to the door.
You will see a tent to your left before you get to the stairs that leads to the door.
Under the tent is a Fruit Vendor, he sells the melon.

No need to read any further, too long; don't read, but I want to type in my story anyway.

Quite some time ago, I completed the story line up to the final quest and clicked "untrack" in my quest log for the final quest to
kill the boss thinking I would do it later on. I forgot about it and just now saw the quest in my log. Everything I was reading was telling
me you had to complete the story line to get into the dungeon to purchase the melon for the quest.

I flew from Oribos to Tazavesh and arrived at The Guilded Landing. I went up the stiars and an NPC was in front of the door. I could not
interact with the door and the NPC says something like "Halt. Only citizens and registered clients are allowed through this door".
I changed from Normal mode to Mythic mode and nothing happened, still unable to interact with the door.

Now I'm thinking, how am I going to complete the Tazavesh quest if it's Mythic only?

I looked at the dungeon finder and see two entries under the heroic section, one is "Tazavesh: So'leah's Gambit" and I'm thinking,
hey If I que for this dungeon and kill So'leah I'll get credit for Tazavesh: Raiders of the Lost Artifact and then I can go through that door and buy the melon.

While I'm in the que, I notice a portal just opposite of the Meeting Stone. I go in there and head towards the door, then I remembered
you have to kill these three elite guards before the door will open. I tried to solo the three guards ... not gonna happen. I'm looking
around a little more and notice a Fruit Vendor under a tent on the left of the platform that lead leads to the stairs that go up to the door.

Thank goodness ... he sells the melon! What a relief I had, not having to suffer through that dungeon just to get an organic melon.

Now I feel really stupid because the highest rated comment clearly says "You can buy the melon when you enter the dungeon at the left
side from the vendor for 100g. You don't have to kill any bosses." I simply could not get affixed off of having to get through that danged door.

The first quest in the chain to unlock Tazavesh is The Al'ley Cat of Oribos, given by the Innkeeper (Host Ta'rela) when you hearthstone to Oribos.

Vendor is available in Mythic+ as well. Sells a stack of 10, but you only need 1 for the Bufonid quest.

Hi all

To get Patient Bufonid You need to complite 7 Quest's. All of Quests you are geting from Avna 34 65. Every day You will get 1 quest.

Quest list:

Day 1. The Burrowed Bufonid - You need to get 15 Vespoid Honey drop from wasps 62 55 even from small wasps is drop to.
Day 2. The Burrowed Bufonid - Get 30 Tenebrous Ribs - is drop from animals outside village or buy on Auction House.
Day 3. The Burrowed Bufonid - Get 200 Shrouded Cloth - You can farm it or buy on Auction House.
Day 4. The Burrowed Bufonid - Get 10 Elysian Thade - Fishing them every wher in Shadowlands But don't do it in Zereth Mortis rate to low or just buy it on Auction House.
Day 5. The Burrowed Bufonid - Get 5 Protoflesh - Drop from most mobs in Zereth Mortis You can buy it in Auction House.
Day 6. The Burrowed Bufonid - Get 5 Catalyzed Apple Pie - Buy it from Mai Toa 58 49 in Zereth Mortis.
Day 7. The Burrowed Bufonid - Get 1 Organic Melon - But if from Fruit Vendor Inside dungeon Tazavesh, the Veiled Market ( You need to finish minimum 8 quests from Tazavesh: The Veiled Market storyline). NPC is inside dungeon after you enter is on left side ( You don't need to do dungeon ). When You finish 7th quest You will get The Patient Bufonid to get Patient Bufonid.

Needed for the Patient Bufonid, you don't have to do the dungeon you just have to do the introductory quest to gain access to Tazavesh, once there go into the dungeon and the vendor for the melon is next to the meat vendor under the canopy to the left.

Vendor in right there when you enter the dungeon, you can just go in by yourself. Don't need to queue for anything etc. etc.

After setting the dungeon to mythic, the way to get in is not by clicking the meeting stone; rather, go into the blue portal on your right, across from the meeting stone.

Once inside, the vendor you need is called "fruit vendor." You can find him by typing /tar fruit vendor.

Just for clarity, the Fruit Vendor is not on the platform when you land from your flight to Tazavesh. You literally have to go into the dungeon instance. Once you do, the Fruit Vendor is on the platform. Don't worry, you don't have to fight any baddies to get to the Fruit Vendor and buy the Organic Melon. Then just leave the instance.
