Why Should I Find Rares and Treasures in Maldraxxus?

Rares and treasures are a good daily source of anima - With rares resetting daily and the current scarcity of anima from World Quests, rares can serve as a good supplement for those looking to farm anima for their Covenant Sanctum reservoir. Treasures also help with anima, but these are one-time only.

For achievement hunters, killing all available rares in Maldraxxus and looting all Maldraxxus treasures at least once grants the achievements Adventurer of Maldraxxus and Treasures of Maldraxxus, part of the Maldraxxus meta achievement .

For the Spouting Growth treasure - Stand at 72, 46 and there is a clickable object ontop of a mushroom called "Grappling Growth". Use it to get ontop of the mushroom and you can make your way to the Spouting Growth treasure.

For the spouting point at 34,55 - it's a 3 part jump. You first have to grapple to the one on the north side of the road, look at about 32 55 and there is a lower shroom, start on that one....then make a couple of more grapples and you end up on the south side of the road (above the atcual chest)

To get to the Sprouting Growth at 71 50.7:

Grapple from about 73,55
run to 71.3, 55.1
look toward 71.5, 54 for the next grapple
head toward the treasure, you'll see a mucous strand to it

The notable drop for Bubbleblood is a toy and a cosmetic item.

The Spouting Growth today for me was at /way 46, 31. To get it first stand` at 47, 25 and grapple up to the close one there. Look forward and left a bit and you will see the next grapple. Next you run across that one and you will see a vine.. ive done it one time, very tricky, walk to the next mushroom, or glide :)

There is another treasure not mentioned in the guide: Bloated Lootfly. So far I've seen it spawn around the House of Eyes (north Maldraxxas) and south of there below Keres' Rest, where the gather arena medical repair items world quest is. It flies around, so a target macro is useful:

Nice guide and thank you. There is however one error. In this guide Tahonta is shown as dropping the Armored Bonehoof Tauralus. But that mount is dropped by Sabriel in the arena; Tahonta drops the plain Bonehoof Tauralus (rarely, and only if you are accompanied by the construct Neena). Sabriel's drop in this list is misnamed.
