you can ask a friend or guildie to move you to just outside Orgrimmar/Stormwind (or perhaps Razor Hill/Goldshire, which might be more crowded during this event), either by a summons or by giving you a lift with their passenger mount, so that you can camp there for enemy players leaving the city (for duelling, or just to be nice to enemy players and help them with this achievment)

you can ask a friend or guildie with toons of the opposing faction to come meet you in a place that is easy for you to reach, and see if they can use their own connections on that side to get other races to come along as well
