Indiscriminate Carnage - Most effects requiring stealth have been removed, and bleeds are now spread using the new Crimson Tempest.

Serrated Bone Spike

Crimson Tempest (Finisher) - While the finisher version of Crimson Tempest may be gone, it has since been reworked to a combo point generator that will spread bleeds.

Improved Shiv - Shiv is being changed to no longer be a rotational button on Assassination, and as such, all related talents have been removed.

Cold Blood - Reworked into a passive with a similar theme, but no longer has any interactions with hero talents.

New Abilities

Crimson Tempest - The new way to spread bleeds in AoE

Regicide's Reward - Empowers Kingsbane, which now stands front and center in the rotation

Finish the Job - Assassination Rogue's single target cooldown Deathmark gets a generic all damage buff, making it useful in AoE situations as well.
