Combat Meditation increases Mastery when we use Radiant Spark, with a one-minute internal cooldown. This means we get it from every other cast. Walking through the orbs that spawn after activating the ability extends the duration of the buff.

Let Go of the Past is a high uptime passive defensive buff. Using the same ability twice in a row won't clear the buff so there is no need to even think about it, just deal damage and it will stay up.

Newfound Resolve increases your stats when you face the direction it spawns.

Valiant Strikes has no effect on DPS, but your healers will love you if it procs just after a group-wide damaging ability.

Gaining Light the Path changes this about Valiant Strikes, making it a crit buff.

Pointed Courage increases crit chance and in most cases is not worth picking over the Potency Conduit.

Spear of the Archon grants movement speed while out of combat and critical strike chance when you begin damage on a fresh target.

Bron's Call to Action summons Mikanikos' robot buddy, Bron, to attack your target and heal your group. Reasonable, but takes a long time to activate.

Forgelite Filter is a useful passive survivability buff, as long as you remember to have the Phial in your bags.

Hammer of Genesis grants up to 15% haste and is great in Mythic+ environments, but not worth using over a second Potency Conduit.

Soulglow Spectrometer grants a damage buff that scales up over a short period.

Effusive Anima Accelerator grants additional damage and cooldown reduction for Radiant Spark but is currently out of reach for testing. Time will tell if this ability works as advertised.

I don't know if this is obvious to everyone but Radiant Spark is also a good buff to Frozen Orb if using Pelagos. Combat Meditation + Frozen Orb both have a 1min cooldown (without blizzard reduction) so can always be paired on single target. The mastery buff adds about 20%damage to Frozen Orb (as of 9.05).

For times when Frozen Orb's cooldown is reduced by blizzard just remember that you only get Combat Meditation every 2 Radiant Sparks, not every cast. I'm not sure if this is worth playing around in AoE but might be useful in some kind of Orb build.
