Impact of Dragonflight Season 4 Tier Set for Preservation Evoker

2pc Tier Set: Empower abilities increase the healing of Reversion by 50% for 8 seconds.
4pc Tier Set: Reversion ticks have a 2.5% chance to grant Lifespark - Lifespark increases the damage or healing of the next living flame by 50%.

This is a more powerful version of our Season 1 set bonus with a key change. In season 1 our 2pc gave us increased crit chance on Reversion. This was replaced with a percent healing increase in season 2. In raid the set forces Reversion as a dominant Echo choice. Instead of making dynamic decisions about which spell to Echo you'll mostly just Echo Reversion and occasionally Verdant Embrace. This should make the spec quite a bit easier to play than in season 3, though still fairly advanced. Our 4pc adds some spot healing potential though you'll be unable to use it for that purpose a ton and you'll spend most procs offensively on the boss.

In Mythic+ you'll look to keep Reversion up on the entire party most of the time to farm Lifespark procs. You'll also enjoy some powerful combo plays like cleaving a 50% stronger Living Flame to your entire party via Leaping Flames. You'll do more damage than in season 3 and your group will feel safer with high reversion uptime.

Those looking for a more streamlined version of the spec should find it in season 4.

Best Gear to Spend Bullions for Preservation Evoker in Season 4

Our first two Bullion choices are fairly fixed with both being massive upgrades over any alternatives in the slots. The third is much more flexible and you can see which trinkets you loot before then.

Min-max Tip: Remember that you buy these at 502 item level which means if you are able to get an early M+ or heroic+ raid weapon drop you can get do the first few upgrades for no crest cost!
