Darkglare Boon: Provides a 40% chance to reset the cooldown of Eye Beam on cast, Each proc of this legendary is an extra 11.25 seconds of Sinful Brand.
Chaos Theory: Provides a 30% chance to gain Chaotic Blades per Blade Dance, When paired with Cycle of Hatred this gives 3 seconds of CDR off of Eye Beam on every cast providing more opportunities to extend Sinful Brand.

Thrill Seeker is a powerful haste buff with decent uptime in Raid, and very good uptime in Mythic+.

Agent of Chaos is a solid interrupt ability, with many possible uses in Mythic+.

Exacting Preparation is just a permanent buff to consumables, which is never bad but it not a good conduit with current consumables.

Dauntless Duelist is a solid passive, equivalent to 3% Versatility. Unfortunately it requires a second Finesse conduit but on any Single Target scenario it is permanently locked in.

Sinful Preservation is a decent defensive buff, adding an absorb whenever we potion / healthstone.

Fatal Flaw is a very strong buff, chaining after Thrill Seeker giving us a longer buffed window.

Soothing Shade unfortunately offers Mastery, and requires standing in its ground effect; but with a decent uptime.

Refined Palate is a poor trait, as combat potions are quite weak in Shadowlands.

Wasteland Propriety Used to be good but is now exceptionally bad for Havoc, Recasting Sinful Brand overwrites our current debuff so the uptime is awful since we rarely recast.

It's Always Tea Time and Life is but an Appetizer are both quite weak, but the latter offers us an Endurance conduit to pair with the 60 avoidance making it much better for survivability.

Party Favors is quite nice. Basically getting a 4hour long secondary stat potion.

Service In Stone is just a flat damage reduction whenever we're below 40% hp. It's easily the best defensive trait across all soulbinds.

Enduring Gloom is a nice shield but requires a Finesse conduit.

Superior Tactics has some good uses in Mythic+ but is rather lackluster in raid.

Built for War offers a powerful buff that should have relatively high uptime. Unfortunately it requires a Finesse conduit.

Regenerative Stone Skin and Intimidation Tactics are both quite weak, but the latter offers us an Endurance conduit making it slightly better.

Battlefield Presence average trait for a final trait. Nothing more really to add to this one.
