Why is priests slow?

Is it just an illusion or is Priests Slower than the other classes? In Normal raids, LFR, Instances and in the world in general it seems to me that i`m run out unmounted or mounted by all others.
Any one else noticed this?

paladins on paladin mounts will be faster,
gnomes will walk faster. maybe more but nothing to do with priests.

No Im talking about without any kind of speed buff`s or abilities.!

If there are no speed buffs priests will walk the same speed as everyone else.
Most classes do get some sort of (passive) speed buff (passively or actively through talents), so they have a faster base movement. Priests get no such thing - there is a buff (
) that increases our movement, though most priests I run into use
instead.
Additionally the level 30 talents are movement talents, with 2 of them granting movement speed increases when you actively do something (PW:S or use the feathers).
