Skill >> Stats.
If you want stats to cover up your multitude of skill (or skill-less) sins, then you will probably want 3200 SP, 35% crit, 20% haste, and 1000/750 MP5.
All joking aside, if you have at least iLVL 200-219 gear you should be set to go into most pre-ToC raids assuming (don't make an a$$ out of you and me though...) you're marginally skilled as a healer. TBH, I'm in about iLvl 200-219 gear on my shaman and I'm out-healing other players in full 245. *shrug* again, skill >> stats.
And please don't miss the point of what Val is saying above. Your necessary gear and stats is based around what you have in your raid already (among other factors).

The only type of person who asks this question is one who has no idea of his own capabilities. Which means either (1) you're not paying attention, or (2) you've been carried, so you've never actually tested yourself. You need to play content at your actual level, and pay attention to your capacities.
Oh wait - sorry about that. Suggesting independent thought, self-sufficiency, and a willingness to learn is trolling. My bad, sorry.

You all know that Ulduar 10 has been cleared by a team in full heroic blues, yes? True story. Smart people regeared themselves just to prove the insanity of this type of thinking. I'll dig up links if needed.

If you cannot ask meaningful questions, or understand that the answers you receive might not look the way you'd like, do not post.
Everyone understood your original question. It's the wrong question, which is why you're getting answers like the ones above, and it's why you're getting so angry and trying desperately to control the convo. Thing is, you won't get the smart people to answer the wrong question for you. That's a good thing.

Ok, here you go
Get as much Spell Power as you can.
Get as much Critical Strike rating as you can.
get as much Intellect as you can.
There you go, by doing that you have the stats for any raid you wish to enter. Those 3 will make you better.
As for gear, in the words of wowhead itself
If this is your first time here, you have to search!
Hope that helps.

lol, i fail? mate im here just for the amusement aspect of this thread.
You have just missed the point completely here. Getting as much Sp, Int and Crit as possible means getting better gear. Your gear sucks. Therefore i answered your question. You moan at the fact we opinted out upgrades to get, now your moaning even more than its what answering you question.
You should read the first line of your post, and follow it.
so to sumarize this whole thread, where everybody actually answered your question.
Upgrade your gear becuase its #$%^.
Get those professions up, you will need to enchant your non @#$% stuff.
Get your head out of your arsehole.
Stop QQ'ing.
Come back when you grow some nuts.
foo'!
You are nowhere near ready for TotGC. Nor are you even ready for Ulduar 25. Come back when you understand the fundimentals of a discipline priest.
