Well im a new mage just turned 80 and im curious to some thing what is my Hit Cap, and what other caps do i need such as haste,and crit. Im also a fire mage. Please feel free to tell me and also whats the best dps rotation.
two things.... you'll usually have to wait more than 4 minutes for someone to get back to you.. and two.. read thru the stickies.. (Y'know, the one that says "Read before Posting" is especially helpful, as it has all of your answers)
