Your first quest,
From Head to Toe requires that you
Craft a pair of Sturdy Stonehide Boots.
You will need to use Namha's Tanning Rack and Namha's Workbench, located in Legendary Leathers.

Namha's Tanning Mixture from Namha's Workbench which is right behind her. It's a vial filled fith red liquid.
Craft Order:
Shaved Stonehide Pelt x5
Tanned Stonehide Leather x5
Stonehide Boot Exterior x1
Tanned Stonehide Leather x2
Sturdy Stonehide Boots
You'll get Warhide Footpads, Battlebound Treads as a reward.

This quest and Leather Pet Bed quest are available at the same time. If you have accepted both at the same time and it's bugging out on you, drop both then accept only one - complete it then accept the other.
I had accepted both and had some of what I needed to complete each with other things missing. Once I dropped both and accepted/completed only one at a time, it was fine.

What is amazing is that these REQUIRED ingame materials are not mentioned in Wowhead. Nor anywhere else!

Dazed of the Past comes before the ones you're currently on.
The recipes involving these items are only available to you while you're on those quests.
According to comments on
Fresh Stonehide Pelt, you get this when accepting one of the quests, however, if you accepted both quests at once, or your inventory was full, you may not receive enough items, or none at all. You'd have to abandon the quest(s), make enough room in your inventory, and re-accept one quest, do it, then re-accept the other one.
