Demon Hunter Names

As the title itself says it: Post your demon hunter names here =D
I'm currently thinking of two, already reserved of course: Azulariel, and Thalassaria. I'm obviously making one for each faction. (Who am I kidding, whenever there's a new class introduced to the game, I end up leveling like 4 of them T_T happened with Death Knights, happened again with monks, and will happen again with Demon Hunters.)

I've got Sasuke reserved, keeping in line with my main Kakashi (rogue) and my warlock, Itachi; nothing like terrible anime names to spice up dungeon finder adventures.

I have Netharel on reserve.
I'll probably end up rolling a Demon Hunter on each faction, but I'll level my Alliance DH first. Night Elves are just so much cooler than dainty little Belfs

Here's a list of Warcraft 3 random Demon Hunters, for reference.
Shadowsong, Shadowfury, Shadowstalker, Flameseeker, Darkweaver, Darkterror, Darksorrow, Sindweller, Painkiller, Hellbourne, Wrathbringer, Ragerunner, Firebrand, Bloodwrath, Terrorblade.

I prefer something a little more original, ie names without a lame prefix like Dark or Shadow.
Just my personal opinion but assuming all those names haven't been taken by Death Knights, Warlocks and the like, there will still be an overflowing of new names. (probably using foreign characters because the English ones have long since gone)

To be fair, the naming structure of "Nounverber" is disproportionately common in elves (both types) in warcraft. Almost every name is composed of a noun and a verb together. Sunwalker, Bloodwatcher, Sunreaver, Deathweaver, Windrunner, among many others.
And the night elves don't lag behind.
Stormrage, Whisperwind, Shadowsong, Feathermoon, Staghelm, Bearmantle, among several others.
(Other races don't lag too much behind, Dwarves have names like Bronzebeard, and orcs have names like Hellscream and Saurfang)
I agree with you that using the "Dark" "Shadow" "Death" and "Blood" prefixes is both overused, trite, and clichéd. The class already has plenty of obvious shadow and darkness symbolisms in their physical appearance, you don't need to scream it to the four winds by also having it on the name.

I'm thinking Bobhatesdemons.
How do you reserve a name?

How do you reserve a name?
By making a lvl 1 toon with the name you wish to reserve. Then when its time to create your character, delete the lvl 1 alt, and make the character.
That's what I did for the name of my monk when Mists of Pandaria was announced (Which in the end proved to be unnecessary, as it turns out, I'm one of the few Vampire: The Masquerade geeks who happens to play world of warcraft, so of course, nobody had heard before of the name "Ming Xiao" which meant there was no need to reserve it.)

I'm planning on making two, one of each race...the first will probably be a BE. And I have the name Poquelin reserved - as in Brother Poquelin, aka Belhifet, the villain of the first Icewind Dale game.

I loved Vampire: The Masquerade (took my name from the founder of the Malkavian clan), but don't remember Ming Xiao. Someone from the Kindred of the East material?
More to the point of the thread... a while back I looked up an elvish "name generator" site, with a bunch of prefixes and suffixes that you can put together to make names. For example, my priest's name, Fisdeth, combines Fis- ("light") and -deth ("eternal"), so to me it means "eternal light" (which I think used to be a paladin healing spell).
I'll probably use some combination I find from there. So it'll still most likely follow the "nounverber" structure Rankkor mentioned, just in a language few (if any) others will understand!
Maybe Malyr
Mal- ("war") + -yr ("bringer")
EDIT:
I ended up going with Tahlran...
Tahl- ("blade") + -ran ("binding, shackles") = bladed shackles

Bingo. She's a Kuei-jin priestess operating in Chinatown.

i couldn't decide what to name mine. but i love the band Coheed and Cambria, and enjoy the story behind the names. so i decided on one or the other, after partially deciding on female, i took a vote from friends that don't play. so now, Cambria the female Night Elf Demon Hunter is born. <3
