I got a beta invite and was DLing it...
I got all done and set and clicked to play it.
I got a funky blue screen of death-ish screen. Said something like...
"Physical memory backup" or something...also "If this is your first time seeing this screen, please restart your computer. If not........." I restarted immediatly.
Now, when I scroll pages, it looks like it's choppy. it moves the page in like...blocks.
Also, i have NO sound. And cannot play ANY form or WoW.
I tried re-installing windows as well, nothing changed.
So please. Anyone who is computer savvy, please help me with this. I'd be very thankful.

Was it a BSoD? Or not? You post doesn't seem to be clear on that.

It was...BSoD-ish.
Like, my screen WAS blue, but it wasn't the real BSoD...
it was different. I cannot explain it.

What OS are you running?
Do you have Anti-Virus running?
Have you de-fragmented your drive recently?

Well,
there are really too many possibilities here to determine the cause over the web. I suggest you go get somebody like Geek Squad to come over and fix it.

I thankyou for your time/help.
other people on the WoW rogue forums just kept insulting me, saying "Why does blizz give retards like these invites to beta?"

That's plain stupid to say things like that, but that's a whole different matter entirely.
I hope you get your copy of the beta a-workin'! Kinda bad luck to have it bomb out on you like that. I apologize that I couldn't tell you the cause of your problems though =(
Also, welcome to Wowhead, if noone has said that yet.

You ran outta ram.
I don't know why, I've made SEVERAL reports to blizzard as well have many friends of mine.
There's a memory leak in the downloader they use. Even if you're not uploading/downloading the size of the program will continue to grow. All sorts of interesting issues can happen because of it. And they remain to NOT fix it. Shame on them.
First off, have you rebooted since then? Realistically it shouldn't have done any permanent damage and a simple reboot should fix it.
Second, don't run the downloader for more then 3 hours at a time.
Heh, you are kinda wrong I think. It knocked out my drivers somehow . it got fixed though. ^_^
