This is obtainable when the Tortollan Seekers are the live Endeavor for one of your neighbourhoods (patch 12.1).

Edit: You MUST make sure that you set this neighbourhood to your active endeavour first. Otherwise there seems to be a bug where you can pick up the items, but not get any credit, then be unable to pick the item up again. Blizzard are investigating (see blue post from BlizzardCS).

Theres baubles scattered all around the zone. Under bridges, behind buildings etc... In Founders Point(Alliance) There was one at the theater, one behind the portal entrance, one under the stairs in the middle circle in the middle of town... places like that.

First I apologize I did NOT get waypoints... I honestly didn't think about it until way after I started...
if you talk to Taggi (chief hider) in the town center, he's by the decor vendors, he will let you be able to see souvenirs that others in your neighborhood have already found!
28 is in the farming area.
27 vineyard very back behind a grapevine.
30 under right front side of deck under the panda local drinking in vineyard area where the outside tavern is.
1 is town center under the circle middle platform.
2 I in barrel behind neighborhood steward
there are 2 in the theatre area one in wagon and 1 on the stage .
there is one on one of the capsized boats
51 is floating down the river in between the bottom and middle bridge river that separates the non spooky and spooky neighborhood
22 is in the cellar at the mini vegetable garden farm in gilded oaks
25 is in the bobbing for apple bucket near the gilded oaks apple orchard
there were a lot around the entire outside ring of the neighborhood.
I haven't seen any in the spooky area.

Taggi <Chief Hider> gives a buff to help see them by marking them on your mini map - but only those once that have been found by the people attached to your neighborhood

I have gotten 10 coupons and 50 housing exp for each one, so they're definitely worth grabbing when the Tortollan endeavor is available for your neighborhood. I don't typically comment on wowhead, so please forgive me if the descriptions are bad.

#56 Found on kite flying around (36.4, 69.5) near the light house. Steady flying made it easy to grab as a Druid. Unsure of the full path it takes, but it respawned in same area about 15 min later
#57 (62.1, 82.1) - underneath table of the Tortollan bar

Edit: FOUND #55! using the same strategy as horde side I sat on the middle beach chair at 36.45 47.34, then after 10 minutes the orb appeared on top of the rocks at 36.77 46.81

OK so there appears to be some symmetry between the numbers for Founder's Point and Razorwind Shores. #55 has been found at the beach party on horde side so I imagine it will be the same for Founder's Point. On the horde side the group I found said he had been sitting on one of the beach chairs for 10 minutes when he noticed it. Indeed doing a similar thing at the alliance beach party spawned the orb.

Some additional info:
#53 Carriage in the western part of the zone (at ~38,38 when I passed by) did NOT have one on it, but the carriage in the eastern part of the zone DID have it (I found it at 46,61 heading west. Also found this carriage in the main village heading north and then east at the first junction).
#54 I couldn't see a turtle at Amohdian's /way 64.95 56.21, it appears to move around a bit, I found it at /way 48.96, 57.27

One more! #26 was found by Moondrely after killing the balloon inside the toy vendor house at /way 442.10 43.0

Edit: Gutzmcgurt has found #52, at /way 39.06 31.35, there is a patch of suspiciously dry soil here which you need to wet (he used a resto shaman, I'm looking for a watering can). Edit2: jumped on a shaman and used surging totem, it worked.

I did a large underwater sweep around the full island using the scroll buffs from the vendors and found nothing.

look for a spiral of flowers and a dry patch of dirt. I kid you not, my restro shaman's rain totem made it appear.

If, like me, you are wondering what those scrolls listed in some of the coordinates are, you can purchase them from Rada in Founder's Point at 52.1, 38.7. Each scroll costs 50g.

#55 appears on top of the rocks with the beach towels on it at the location for Stay Awhile and Glisten. Talk to the turtle, sit in one of the beach chairs, and wait for the buff to time out. I'm not sure if it's the 10 min or 60 min buff, but when it times out, the bauble will appear.

Anyone else having issues seeing their progress in the Achievement itself? I grabbed around 55-58 orbs and none of them show in my Achievement tab as collected. I have relogged, tried on an alt, reloaded and even tried on a horde char but nothing seems to work. Anyone got any ideas why or is this another one of "Blizzard's Features"?

I clicked on a couple of Secret Souvenirs in a neighborhood that wasn't mine, and now some of the Secret Souvenirs are grayed out in my neighborhood and I can't click on it for the achievement.
Does anyone know a way around this?

At 52.07 38.21 there is a small Tortollan named Taggi and if you talk to him, he gives the buff "Souvenir Support" that will mark all the secret treasures on your map that have been found by your neighbors.

#54 - the one on the back of a turtle, would be helpful to know that the turtle roams around, it's not just lying around, it's wandering along the ponds.

As there doesn't seem to be a consensus yet on how to make souvenir #55 spawn:
You need to interact with the objects in the area and eventually the souvenir comes flying in. I was completely alone in the area, just running around and bouncing all of the balls, and eventually it spawned. My theory is that you can spawn it quicker if there are more people doing things in the area. Anything that progresses the "Home: Stay a While and Glisten" endeavor task will work towards spawning it. Bouncing the balls is the activity that is able to be done in the quickest succession.

The souvenir spawns for the entire neighborhood, so if you manage to spawn it, anyone else that shows up will be able to pick it too.

well my #55 and #56 Secret Souvenirs when completed did not count at all, #55 - I used my Horde toon to sit on the middle beach towel and after the time elapsed the Souvenir did pop up and was clickable on the ledge by the water next to a boulder in the shrubbery there, as you look to the right from the towels facing to the sea, ie straight opposite the 2 hidden chairs between the rocks that spot looks straight at the orb when it pops. #56 - I flew thru the kite and i was over the grassy area and the kite popped the orb fell but did not end up on the grass it just disappeared as soon as the kite popped. #55 secret Souvenir popped up at /way 37.03, 45.29

Just in case anyone else might make this mistake - be sure the character you are on has the neighborhood with the Secret Souvenirs as the active endeavor!

I main DK and swapped to my shaman to get #52, but forgot to switch endeavors. I used my totem and clicked the item, but no house XP or coupons. The Secret Souvenir is now showing to all my characters that I found it, so it is not interactive. I did not get credit for it in the achievement. I hope after reset I'll be able to get it and I don't have to wait for the next time it's active in my neighborhood.

I got all 60 souvenirs except #55.
Visiting the beach, I could immediately see the souvenir sitting on the rock. It highlights, shows the tooltip, acts clickable, but nothing happens. I followed the suggestions of sitting on blankets and beach chairs (only one of the 10 beach chairs allowed me to sit in it, and it wasn't either of the center ones). and waiting for the relaxation timer to run out (so many 10 minute waits!) But nothing has made that souvenir responsive.
I even disabled ALL addons and restarted. No effect.
What does it take to make souvenir #55 respond?

No 55: having tried sitting in the deckchair for several lots of 10 minutes, both after talking to the turtle or not talking to them, I then got in the water and sat on one of the beach birds and swam around the water batting all of the beach balls into the air and swimming out to the farthest away beach bird - when I turned around and looked to shore, the secret souvenir had finally spawned.

For #55 I noticed that it gave me the buff Loh and Slow and after jumping into the water Got in the Water. After standing around in the water for 10 minutes the souvenir spawned.

After getting it in a Horde and Alliance neighborhood and from the different informations on Wowhead My understanding is, that there must be an invisible counter for the "Stay a While and Glisten" activities. Once a certain threshold is reached, the Souvenir spawns.

The activities working towards this are:
- Sitting on a Beach Towel/Beach Chair
- being in the water
- riding the Beach Birds
- throwing the Beach Balls

This would explain why people seem to have the Souvenir spawn from different types of activities, which all points for the "Home: Stay a While and Glisten" Endeavor Task and why some people say, that it took less time with more people present, as their activities probably all count towards the invisible counter.
Beachmaster Gomba changeing their dialogue after the counter reaches certain thresholds would also make sense with that theory.

Just commenting to confirm that #55 still isn't working (or at least it's unclear how it works, since everyone seems to be reporting different times and activities).

EDIT: Also, more than half of the chairs don't work for me as in the arrow doesn't turn yellow (I think it's yellow, I'm colourblind). Only maybe 3-4 at a time are actually usable for me (not that you can sit in more than one at a time anyway ofc, but it's still weird).

I found the turtle at 52.76, 61.34 ... for the second time I have found it but can't click the orb that it is carrying. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

I have tried reloaded my ui and following him around while he takes a nap etc. I am confused and frustrated a little.

*** update*** FIXED... I hearthed and came back. Found the turtle at 47.88, 53.56 and it was clickable. So buggy.

For #53, the roaming caravan, it must be the caravan driven by Kirt, who stays central and east. The other caravan is driven by Kellyn, coming out of the west side of town. She doesn't carry the souvenier. Only Kirt does. I found him at 48,51.

64, 56 for me for finding the turtle. When it couldn't find it at the other listed coordinates, I hearth'd and returned to try again. Found it slightly north of another listed location.

Anyone else having an issue with getting into the water globe that pops up for the west scroll? I have tried and tried to get into it but can't. The other 2 worked without issue.

For Souvenir #55 what you have to do is talk to the turtle that gives you dialogue options. The second option asks about the beach vibes. you have to stick around doing the beach activities that go towards the "Stay awhile and Glisten" endeavor task until he says "Now this is a party" when you check the vibes option as that's the maximum level, but the souvenir won't spawn just yet as you have to stick around for one final "Stay awhile and Glisten" task (essentially going over the max level) . After it pops the souvenir should spawn in. I completed the task a total of 8 times, though a couple of those were before trying to go for this achievement so it could happen with fewer tasks completed. I suggest playing with the beach balls as they trigger the task faster, but you can sit on the chairs and wait down the timer if you want to go afk.

About souvenir № "55"

Did it today for DK spent around 15 min

Get buff - Souvenir Support need to speak with Taggi
I relaxed in a deck chair, having received two buffs - Loh and Slow and Relaxing (sit all 10 mins) - souvenir didnt spawn.
After that, i went into the water and received a buff - Got in the Water , use Path of Frost this allowed them to move freely on the water and “play” with beach balls after about 5–6 minutes - souvenir spawn.

I hope this information will be useful to someone.

#52 was impossible for me as I don't have any chars with a water splash (watering can toy pls Blizz?). However I can now confirm that a shammy can help you by casting healing rain on the dirt mound. I was able to see the souvenir and click on it, and I got credit for it on the achievement. 👏🏼

For Souvenir #52, if you're on a Mage you can drop a target dummy (like the Turnip Punching Bag) on top or right next to the soil and use Frozen Orb and/or Blizzard on the dummy and it'll work.

My hunt for #55 (the beach party)

On character 1, spent 10 minutes on a towel, 10 minutes in center chair (twice). Didn't spawn.
Brought in character 2, spent 10 minutes in the water, treading water. Spent 10 minutes in the center chair. Spent another 10-20 minutes (went afk) on one of the pool float animals in the water, and it had spawned when I got back.

My turtles were in my horde neighborhood. I have a dk. So I had a bit of trouble. I jumped on my alliance mage to do the dirt pile, and went over to 55 to do the beach. I'm on Blackwater Raiders - a dead server. The thing was already there. So possibly try that if you're having trouble?

Orb #56 is carried by Seeker's Kite. It spawns at 43.49 52.77 at the top of the tall rocky hill where the gryphons roost and travels in a big meandering loop around the zone. Flying into the kite midair will cause it to release a poof of confetti and fly to the ground. It will remain there for 10 minutes with the orb. So if you don't see it in the air, check the ground. It does literally fly over the endeavor vendor at one point.

For Suspiciously Dry Soil, I had trouble with this one as the soil was untargetable for me and all other water-related spells that don't require targeting did nothing. As a last resort I threw down a Turnip Punching Bag, targeted it, and cast Blizzard. Success!

A simple watering can nearby that all classes can interact with would simplify this whole process, but here we are. Hope this workaround helps!

For the souvenir on the back of the turtle, I had to go up and down the sides of the rivers in the Alliance neighborhood because he wasn't at any of the listed coordinates. He was running around /way 62.51, 55.98

Just check the spawn points for Turtle. If you can’t find it after 10–20 minutes, don’t waste any more time—move your house to a different neighborhood and check again.
I wasted an hour searching before moving to another neighborhood, and I got the achievement almost immediately after relocating.

For #51 I stayed at 55.48, 49.71 for around 15 minutes until it spawned and started flowing down the river. I clicked on it quick and got it.

For the kite, as I had trouble finding it even with instructions:
- It is flying around in a predetermined path, and is not static
- For its flight height you can use the nearby Mountain with the Griffons circling (43,52) as a reference
- It is fairly big, and colorful, almost like a chinese dragon shape. You can hover over it to see its name "Seekers Kite". Unforunately you can not select it, I assume this makes "search makros" not work properly.
- It is somewhat slow, so no need to worry that you will miss it
- Once you fly through it you dont have to panic, It will leave a trail of confetti and smoke behind while very slowly decending to its destination (where you then can pick it up). It looks like it tends to try and land on the next nearby road.
- After collecting one, I waited for a while for respawn. It seems to take its time, about 5 to 10 Minutes.
- I found my first kite by accident, as it almost passed headover me at the Griffon Mountain mentioned above (43,52), I then followed it for a while as it circled the nearby Lighthouse (somewhat low).

I spent about an hour there doing the various activities: bouncing the beach balls, sitting on chairs/sun loungers, etc. I completed the “Home: Stay a While and Glisten” objective 3 times, but #55 still didn’t spawn.

Then, while I was sitting on a sun lounger, I received a raid invite. As soon as I accepted the invite, the souvenir spawned instantly. :D

No idea if the raid invite actually triggered it or if it was just a coincidence, but that’s exactly what happened for me.

No 55: stay a while and glisten done 14 times. After 12 times Gomba said "Now this is a PARTY", when asked how the beach is today. As i finished my 14th run our guild endaevor completed to 100%. And at that point souvenir 55 spawned for me. I still do not know what the trigger is for this. I was hoping to spot it since i am the only one doing anything in our guild neighbourhood, but i honestly have no idea. Glad it is done now though, i am all wrinkled from being in the water so long!

Here's a script you can run that corresponds to the numbering of the souvenirs in the top post that will let you know which ones are missing. Helpful for people like me who are doing this on a non-healing class.
