Obviously there are some affixes that are Naigtal-exclusive and others that are Val-exclusive. Are there any that are global?

Some affixes are only found on bosses, some are only found on certain types of mobs, etc.

The only two I've not yet seen are Arcane Presence, and Voidmaw. Has anyone seen these?

Hi all

to be honest i did not even look on this Achievement, My first Mob what i Slay on Heroic mode was Nexus-Captain Leth'ir and before He die i reach Achi. i a loot a mobs around him and they have this Affixes. I belive this achi. is not point to focus if you killing rare mobs it will do itself.
