When entering the boss area, there’s a void torch to the right, 1 player needs to interact with it. Then just start the fight as normal. The achievement part is in P3 of the fight. After the boss covers part of the floor area with void, images will spawn, quickly kick or interrupt them before they despawn. You need to do this for a total of 12 images. Once all 12 images are kicked, the achievement is met and you can defeat the boss. Be sure to bring the boss down to low health before completing the achievement because it will enrage, making it a bit more difficult to defeat.

A couple of extra things not already mentioned.
1) The 'achievement ready' status of the torch is where the void orb is showing in the middle of it, in case you have spam clickers like in my guild and you're not sure what the correct status is.
2) If you wipe you have to turn the torch on again before each attempt.

You have to turn the torch on again after every wipe...

Which, has to be said, is really annoying QoL, given how it literally has an option to turn it off too.

Otherwise, this achy is all about doing all the regular mechanics correctly, followed by interrupting the extra adds at the end (and waiting through 4 waves of them).
I thoroughly recommend setting an order for who to use their crystals at the end, and to fully interrupt both waves in P1 so you have all 5 crystals to hand

It was a bit unclear to me how the add spawn would work. In phase 3 you have the boss cast Dark Archangel regularly, which you immune with a crystal use. This also spawns a big void "pizza slice" that you run out of. Inside this void we had 3 adds spawn casting something. I suspect you always get 3 regardless of raid size. We used ranged interrupts on them. I'm not sure if a melee can run in briefly to make an interrupt, or if stuns work. I didn't see exactly how long the cast was, but I think somewhere along 10 seconds. Plenty of time as long as you have enough ranged interrupts. Not sure what happens if you fail the interrupt.
