I cannot even find this achievement listed. I have searched all my achievements and this one doesn't seem to exist. I looked and I am at max troops and max followers. I am guessing this will show up once midnight launches

I can't recruit an army for my druid. Am I missing something? They are waiting for me to do something, but I don't know what.

YOU CAN'T DISMISS YOUR TROOPS!
Done with Legion? Great, now spend several hours recruiting Troops in your Class Hall, and another several hours waiting for the missions to finish.
Why? Just so that your Troops can die, and you can recruit new ones and send them to die again, wasting thousands of Order Resources.
And by the way, they have multiple HP points, so it will take multiple missions to kill them.
And it's not retroactive...

What a stupid achievement. Whoever designed these dumb time-sinks should be sent to the Maw.

If you quested through Argus, you can buy 7x Krokul Ridgestalker & 7x Void-Purged Krokul. You have to use 2x, as they are Unique (5).

While those troops still have to die so you can recruit more of them, at least they dont have 30minute wait time like the normal recruits.

Which makes the achievement still a bit of a pain, but you can now have 7 recruits that you want to die instead of just 3 at the same time & you should be done after 5-6 Logins.

EDIT: Recruiting troops from the BfA mission table also gives credit for this achievement but has the problem where you can't recruit troops if you have some already. Gotta kill 'em too.

Despite the option being there but grayed out you're not able to manually dismiss troops ever. If you want more troops, you have to run their vitality down to zero doing missions.

If you want to kill them quick look for missions with the Lethal hazard (green skull) indicating that troops will lose all vitality on the mission. Make sure you DON'T counter it so troops die.

If your character has done Argus you can also pay 150xOrder Resources (and then 900xOrder Resources for any more each week) from NPCs in the Vindicaar for Lightforged Bulwark, Krokuun for Krokul Ridgestalker and Eredath for Void-Purged Krokul to get credit for the achievement quicker. They have a two troop limit though so you'll need to kill them as well if you want to hurry this achievement along.

Also be on the look out for Order Resource costs for missions. Some can be as low as 100 Resources while others can be almost 5k Resources possibly more.

I did this with 12 classes back in Legion. Now I have to do it all again. Why these are not retroactive?

For those who are looking for the NPC in Dreamgrove called Sister Lilith so you can pick up your troops and order more, she is at /way 36.41 25.97. That is the northwest corner of The Dreamgrove, standing in font of a Moonwell.

It appears these don't all have to be recruited on the same character, so if you have multiples of a class who have the class hall this may help speed things along.

I've just sent some troop orders from my freshly-transferred Lemix Priest, as well as my old Priest from Legion xpac, and both counted towards the achievement.

Uh, I need folks to double-check what I'm seeing to spare yourself some grief. I've been doing "recruit all" when getting troops. I had the achievement open when retrieving my summoned troops, and it only went from 15/20 to 16/20, even though I'm seeing 3 little treants running along the screen. If we're only getting credit once when clicking on the icon to retrieve your troops, you might want to do one at a time. I thought it was taking me an awful long time to get this when I was recruiting 2 or 3 units at a time... Please let me know if you're seeing the same thing I am.

These are warbound, so if you have multiple Druids, all troops recruited count toward this.
