Go in the Underkeep on Tier 1 when the story is 'Third Party Operation'.

There is a guaranteed Flickering Gate in the second room that takes under a minute to run to. Once you've clicked it, right click your portrait and Leave Delve to go back outside to the entrance.

I was able to get all 100 in under an hour using this method.

Decent one seems to be Nightfall Sanctum too, you can go to the ledge and see most spawn spots straight if there is one.

Doing this on an undergeared feral druid alt in fungal folly tier 11. Just run in and stealth to the portal, if it gives me XP great, if its the mini-boss/gate then just leave.

Completed in ~2.5 hours on a rogue in Fungal Folly. You can zone in and see the entire delve within the first 30 seconds and if a flickergate isn't present, right click your frame to leave delve and repeat. You loot good Brann EXP on T11 (~30k per gate) and sometimes get Shrieking Quartz which will be valuable to farm maps during regular season.

One of the best is Nightfall Sanctum during the "Aiming to Get Even" story, as you can see almost all of them (other than the one in the far back behind the ship), and the canons can shoot you to all of them

To grind this achievement you want to pick a bountiful delve, do it at T1, run past all the mobs to find the flickergate, drop combat then leave delve by clicking on your portrait, repeat.

The mechanics. Flickergates always spawn in bountiful delves. If you complete a bountiful delve it will no longer be bountiful for you, therefore no guaranteed flickergate. Bring a class which can drop combat since you can't leave delve in combat.

The best Delve to grind this on is Skittering Breach: Shadow Realm.
Do not click the portal when you enter and no mobs will spawn but the Flickergate will.

EDIT: I should mention this Delve is only the best if you just want to grind the achievement. If you actually want the chest at the end of the Delve there are far better options. For this achievement, it counts when you click the Flickergate, so just do that then Leave Delve and repeat.

The way I did this in like 40 minutes:
-Delve: Nightfall Sanctum (MUST be Bountiful since all Bountiful Delves have a guaranteed Flickergate inside, otherwise there's only a chance there's one, i think is 1 in 10-15 delves from my experience)
-Story variant: Kyron's Assault is the best since there are Siege Ballistas at the very begin of the delve that are very helpful to reach 4 of the 7 possible Flickergates.
Proceed this way:

Make this macro: /run C_PartyInfo.DelveTeleportOut() and put it in a handy action bar.
Enter the delve (level doesn't matter until is bountiful) and go in this position: https://imgur.com/gsW9pbF
Spot the flickergate in one of the 7 possible positions (for the positions 1 to 3 there's no need of the Siege Ballista, for the other 4 is highly recommended to use the Siege Ballista since speed is the key to do this achievement):

Once you click the Flickergate you can click the macro (no need to fight Ky'veza if she pops out) and you'll be instantly teleported out of the delve, ready to enter in another one in less than a minute, hope it helps

A Flash in the Void achievement.
Open 100 Flickergates.
Available when Excavation Site 9-Rowdy Rifts-Bountful Delves.
Flickergates is always present at the 11th level of Delves, so repeat the entry and exit to make the achievement easy.
As soon as you enter Excavation Site 9, you enter dark rift, and immediately reach the end of Delve to check the three points. If you haven't found Flickergates, leave Delve immediately and enter again.

Fungal Folly is another pretty good spot for this, and I don't think the story matters (unlike some of the other delves).

Best with a DH, but possible with other classes, just takes longer.

After jumping down the hole, you get a pretty good view of the entire delve, and can easily spot where the flickergate is (if you can't see it, it's because it's around the corner to the left, the closest possible location).

I did 13 gates in 10min.

If you do it on tier 1, you can easily just one shot all the mobs to exit combat and leave the delve.

The Underkeep in Third Party Operations story mode is pretty quick. Talk to Madam Goya and then pick up the black blood collector item next to her on the floor (you can move while casting the pickup spell) to open up the doors ahead. Kill what you have to in the entryway room and head straight into the main room in the middle. All five flickergate spawn points are in that room (map, red dots are gates).

As others have said, bountiful on tier 1 without completing the delve makes this reliable, quick, and spammable. Macro, bind, and use

/run C_PartyInfo.DelveTeleportOut()

to exit.

For me, the fastest (1 flickergate per minute) method to grind this is when Excavation Site 9 - Rowdy Rifts is bountiful.
As soon as you enter Excavation Site 9, you enter the dark rift (portal), so that you can immediately reach the end of the delve to check the three visible spawn points. If you don't see the flickergate in the room, just leave the delve by right clicking on your portrait and reenter.

Bountiful delve tier 1- Nightfall Sanctum / Aiming to Get Even story

You go in look if you can see Flicker, if yes, you use cannon if not you jump down. You have 50% chance there will be portal otherwise its spawn at the end of the delve, so you use macro "/run C_PartyInfo.DelveTeleportOut()
" its faster to port out then run to the end. Very fast method.

If you can glide The Sinkhole seems like a solid one to complete this one repeatedly. 6 out of 8 are visible from first ledge. Last is just out of sight around the pillar. 1/min.

I got this fairly easily while farming Tak'Rethan Abyss as a druid. I THINK it was on Goblin Mischief story, but I didn't check tbh. The way the map is set up makes it very easy to run in to the edge of the canyon in the center of the map and quickly locate the flickergates. There is one location directly on the path to the rest of the delve, on the right-hand side that is on the rocks. There are two locations to the left, one on top of the hut, the other on the other side of the massive pillar. One will spawn directly across the cavern, but there are speed boost orbs to run to it. Then there are two locations to the right, one is nestled in the crook next to the ramp near the first little encampment, and the other location is up the ramp, and just past the delve checkpoint on the right. All locations except for the one behind the pillar are immediately observable as soon as you get out near the ledge. Good luck!

If you didn't/aren't hyper farming this, but want the title, but also don't want to go back to TWW delves just yet (or ever), I have some good news! The sanctified banners in Midnight delves that show up in bountifuls after you hit delve journey level 3 actually give you progress for this. Weird, since this is specifically under the TWW delves tab, but I'm not complaining.

You can progress/get this in Midnight delves by clicking on the yellow banner stands (forgot their name) you find in bountiful delves. I was dreading to go back to TWW just to complete this, clicked on the said banner/flag pole and voila, got the achieve (I was missing just a few, so I guess all other iterations in Midnight have worked silently). Great! ;)

You can farm this in Midnight by going to The Grudge Pit when it's bountiful. There will be 3 different locations for a sanctified banner, left & right on the upper levels and straight ahead. You can just run in, tap the flag and then kill whatever you're in combat with and use /run C_PartyInfo.DelveTeleportOut() to quickly exit and re-enter. Rinse and repeat until you have your achievement.

Farming Nightfall Sanctum in Midnight 12.0.5
Version is "Aiming to get Even"

Since there is no bountiful there is no guarantee. I am doing these in Tier 11
If there is a flickergate inside you always get the message:"A flickergate has manifested within". It will show before the title of the Delve. If not there just leave and reset. If it is up use cannons to get across if needed.
